I've been trying to settle my workers compensation insurance claim for over a year and a half.the defense attorney refuses to respond to my lawyers multiple requests for settlement have been ignored and the lawyer refuses to respond to emails or phone calls for as long they refuse to approve proper medical care and won't respond to settlement requests even not showing up in courtBusiness Response

I ************************* , injured 3/5/23. Since my claim been issued Ive had to file formal complaints on my adjuster and his supervisor for not return calls or email on time. Im behind on bills they want respond to when Im getting paid. Yes I know they pay bi-weekly yet you look at account theres no money. Theyve been trying to force me to go to work, even with a no work order from doctor and orthopedic. My foot still havent heal. I have a lawyer yet there a wait for court proceedings. They send you in circles just to get no where. Understand their job is to protect my employer not me. Im filing this complaint because , you cant get in touch with no one, they dont respond to emails or calls . I really need help, its so unprofessional to tell someone who injured and need info on claim. If I was to make a mistake my claim would be denied I call in for a month asking about my claim , when ** getting paid , dates of being paid. I had to search the internet to figure out how to get my wages correct since you guys wouldnt tell me what to do. You say I get paid every two weeks i was paid fora month worth of payments in one week instead of every two week pay. Now you saying its okay for me two wait three weeks to be paid again is crazy, I have bill and Im falling behind every day. Now look at the payment history tell me paying all that money in one day is cool. Like the worst customer service and help possible. I wouldnt have to file complaints if you did your job not forcing someone to waiting a month before knowing whats going. Im Stressing and trying to heal so I can work again . Having a company pay you when they wont is crazy.

Got into a car accident back in October of 2022 & still to this day have not seek out any medical help that this insurance company was suppose to provide. *********************** whos working on my case is a flat out ************ who should be fired & be taken off from my case since its her fault I have not seen any medical help. She had notify me that my disability benefits will be terminated since my doctor released me back to full duty but funny enough is I provided her the information that my doctor still has me off work for my injury. Sure enough useless *********************** told me I will need to contact a second doctor for their opinion but I know what was happening. They wanted me to see a second doctor to show that I was proving them wrong through my own behalf but I had notify *********************** of the incident that my doctor still had me off work & ****** response was rude & unprofessional saying in quote maybe if you contacted your attorney your time wouldnt of have been wasted even thought she told me to seek a second doctors opinion of the matter. I reached out to her manager ************************* but her manager has still to this day not responded to my email. Their phone numbers never work & I doubt their emails do too. This company ruined my life completely since they still think I can return to work even though I have the actual evidence to prove them wrong but they wont because companies dont like seeing that theyre in the wrong. I cannot file for unemployment since Im in a Workers Comp Case, I cannot speak to my new Primary Doctor since the insurance has not updated that information yet, I cant get my disability benefits back since they dont wanna admit their fault, I cant get a new job since my recent one let me go over my injury & still havent received any medical attention for my injury. I am home with no income, injured & cant get any job because of my circumstances. This insurance *****. Absolutely the worst.Business Response

Yes Im seeing their doctors & they keep denying & rejecting medical treatment so lets see how many job can hire an injured employee. Thank you *** much Gallagher. You guys legit suck! Theres a reason they lost soo many contracts & have many people dead because of this company. Should be shut down & charged for these human rights being violated. & for *********************** she is no help at all. I am rejecting this because: Gallagher is still rejecting medical treatment from my doctor to give to me. What a joke of a company they are. You are no help at all. I lost all kinds of hope in life because of Gallagher mistake. I can no longer drive my vehicle since I had to cancel my insurance, I now had to move back with my parents because I have no source of income & I still am injured. No help at all or remorse. Useless people & company. Just stop trying to act like youre fixing this complaint. Only making this worse. Good thing theres a special place for these kind of people soon!

Disabled direct deposit via app, set it up again and was told it would take 5-7 days on the app. The direct deposit is still not set up. Also payment got sent out this last week on Tuesday 3/28 and still havent received it on 4/3. The worst company I ever had to deal with especially as a person thats a business owner, they have TERRIBLE service and avoid communication, you literally have to call multiple numbers to scream and yell before they take any action. My vehicle was hit while parked by one of they commercial motorists and they avoided me at all cost. When you call outside of the actual adjuster on your case they ALWAYS NEVER available then same as a manager/supervisor is ALWAYS in a meeting. All this even knowing the case should be paid out they purposely draw out making the payout and never follow through at anything close to reasonable time. Honestly they need to lose their business license cause I can imagine theyre doing this to most people. By the way the same day motorists contacted insurance report was given and of course motorist was at fault hitting a parked vehicle so why it take over a month for payout. Gallagher Bassett received **************** claim on March 1, 2023 and messages were left for him on that date. The Resolution Manager was able to speak to ************** on March 3, 2023 to explain the claim handling process. On March 14, 2023 Gallagher Bassett received an estimate for **************** vehicle. The Resolution Manager confirmed *************** address on March 15, 2023 and a check was sent to that address for the agreed repair figure. On March 29, 2023 ************** notified the Resolution Manager advising the check had not been received. ************** was informed a stop pay was needed to be placed on the check and once that process was complete the check would be reissued. Unfortunately, Gallagher Bassett no longer handles the claims for this client effective April 1, 2023. All future payments will need to be issued by First Student. Gallagher Bassett advised ************** of this on April 3, 2023, subsequently providing the new contact information to ************** via phone and email. I was contacted by Gallagher Bassett via an ***************************************** in September 2022 to resolve a matter stemming from an incident involving their client **********After being evaded by ************************** for some months, my case had been passed onto her assistant ***************. Some progress had been made with ************** but came to a halt in January 2023 where coming to a final resolution had been further evaded by **************. I've called looking for updates and had been told by countless representatives that an "escalation" would be applied on ************** for him to get back to me. The representatives also tried on many occasions to put me through to his supervisor ******************************* who was never available. Coming to a final resolution regarding the incident with ********* hasn't been achieved after almost a year of being given the run around by Gallagher Bassett. Gallagher and Bassett has had over a year to settle with my attorney for the injuries that I incurred at the apartment complex that I live in here in ********* ************** at Woodhaven of which I even went into cardiac arrest going into surgery due to the injury, and this company has did nothing but make one excuse after another not responding to my attorney Time after Time and I'm about to make a complaint with the insurance bureau if we don't soon move ahead I went through a lot and I expect to be compensated and I expect for this case to move forward, this is my health I'm speaking of that was impacted to cause some of the diagnosis I already have to become worse, respond so we don't have to move forward. I will get results one way or the other the other. I would appreciate it if you would respond and let's get this resolved. This is a workers compensation insurance company who refuses to answer the phone call you back. I have been out of work sense 2/19/2023 for an injury I received at work I went to all the doctors and am starting physical therapy I have not received a payment for being out of work 66% of my wages they have missed a total of 4 payments as of 3/24/23. I was in an accident October 12th, 2022, and I am still dealing with this insurance company. Getting payment took several months, getting into the shop took another month, and getting it fixed took about another month. The battery is now dead for having sat for so long, and this is a direct result of the mismanagement of the situation. I am not and should not be responsible for paying for anything that was the result of this accident, and I do not accept responsibility for the replacement of a battery that was fine before the accident. The insurance company needs to pay to fix my car into the condition it was prior to the accident and continue to foot the bill for the rental until you are able to drive your car out of the mechanic.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I should not have to cover the cost of this battery. The car was only sitting so long because of a direct result of the accident. The amount of time it took for the check to be delivered was unacceptable. The fact that it sat because it took another month for me to get into a shop and another month for the parts that were/are still on back order, is still the result of the accident. Now Im being told that this company may or may not be covering a tire that was gouged in the accident I will not be covering that as well. Pictures in claim for reference.

Gallagher Bassett's Resolution Manager has spoken to the shop and confirmed that we would take care of the related tire damage. No denial for the tire damage was made and we agree the photos do confirm the damages to be related. The shop will be sending in the supplement and we will issue payment for the accident related damages.
