I filed a complaint against *** Ex for damaging my property in september 2024 the claim was assigned to gallagher bassett to act as the adjuster. as of today january 28, 2025 my adjuster (****** ******) has not returned any of my calls nor provided any update on the status of my claimBusiness Response

Upon receipt of the inquiry, we followed back with Mr. ************** confirming that the repairs have been completed along with other work completed on his lawn. On February 7 we agreed on a value of the damage to repair the ruts by e-mail and confirmed a check has been requested to his attention to compromise this claim. ** June 2024 a *** Ex truck damaged and destroyed some trees in my yard. I immediately called Fed Ex to speak to a supervisor. The claim was sent to Gallagher ******* Services. My sister ** law heard the truck hit something in the yard. She did not get to the area in time to see it. It was the only delivery and only truck in the yard that day. ******** ******* is the claims manager. She has been non responsive and when we have had contact she is rude and dismissive. My witness has made several attempts to to contact her. She will not return calls. We are going to 7 months. This is not a large claim. They are trying to ignore me so I give up.Business Response

On July 14, ************************************************** **********, ********* around 12:30pm when a sign fell on my shoulder kinking my *********** & i literally saw stars. I reported the incident at the front desk. On Sept 12, 2024 I was notified by ****** ***** that they have accepted liability of costs for my recovery from the incident. CLAIM#************ On Oct 14, 2024 I mailed ****** all the papers & invoiced, to date, as he'd requested .All of my calls, left messages, to GallagherBassett have gone unreturned. (I left msgs on 11/6/24, 11/11/24, 12/16/24, & 1/7/25.)GallagherBassett is not returning my calls. The invoices for my medical are, to date, at $1719.35. Supervisor ***** ****** spoke with Ms. ****** (and Ms. ******* daughter, ******) on 2/4/2025.
Ms. ****** was advised that since this is a liability claim, the medical expenses are not paid as they are incurred, and that the medicals will be included in any settlement or resolution of the claim. Ms. ****** continues to receive medical care and will continue to send the invoices so they can be considered upon completion of treatment and resolution of the claim. The claimant requested that future communication be done via email. Ms. ****** appreciated the call and explanation as to the claims process. Received an order from ***** that I ordered online. ***** Driver backed into our trailer and damaged it. The delivery Driver took off without coming to the door stating he hit our trailer. I seen the ***** driver back right into the trailer. A claim has been filed with Gallagher Bassett, manager ******** *******. I will email ******** to get this taken care of and fixed and there is no response. I have emailed ******** around 5x with no response. Called and left multiple messages on her voice mail no return call. Called the branch and every time they state she is out of the office, on the phone or some excuse why we can't talk to her. This accident happened on 10/31/24 and going on 2 months with nothing repaired, since fishing season is here i would like to use this. I broke my ankle. Last xray showed minimal healing With soft tissue damage and swelling. ** ordered mri. Doppler study and physical therapy. He suspects blood clots and damaged ligents and/or tendons. GALLAGHER BASSETT refuses this because the want fce done. Dear *********** am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the lack of response from **************** company following an incident in which a ***** vehicle struck my parked car. Despite having filed a claim with their insurance company and multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any responses or assistance regarding the damages to my vehicle.The facts of the incident are as follows:***** driver hit my parked car and caused noticeable damage to the rear bumper I have gathered video to confirm the details of the incident.I filed a claim with **************** company on 12/11 Since then, I have made several attempts to contact their claims department by [phone, email, etc.], but [no response or unhelpful responses] have been provided. The appraisal was received on 12/26 confirming the damage amount. A check was requested on 12/26 directly to Mr. Hilowle for the amount of the appraisal. We also e-mailed a copy of the appraisal to Mr. ******* to provide to a body shop of his choice. We also reached out to Mr. ******* by phone on 12/26 leaving a message that the check was being issued and the supplement process. If additional damage was found. Have a claim with Gallagher Bassett. The person I have been working with ***** ***** has been VERY UNPROFESSIONAL with communication. I have also tried to go above her for her supervisor TONYACARR. I have sent over 4 emails, left 4 voicemails for TONYACARR and have spoken to ***** to have a message passed along -4 times. 12 attempts to get a phone call from a supervisor???? They are a workmens insurance company who will do everything they can to try to get out of their job. They will withhold pay without reasoning, tell you that they're paying you too much then when you do the math and tell them they're paying you too little they argue then find out they're not paying you enough, they don't do their duties as a ********* comp insurance company should, like provide you with the tools to heal properly or get back to work, they expect you to be able to do the work at home by yourself without providing any equipment or means to do so. They don't reply to emails or text, they don't call back, they don't respond to voicemails, they have changed my adjuster 3 different times. They need to pay me like they should, stop holding my **** checks without reasoning, I was supposed to be paid today. 12/04/24. They need to act professional and do their **** job. I've been doing all that has been asked and required of me up to this point, they're supposed to go off my surgeons recommendations and haven't. Our vehicle was side swiped by a driver in a rental car (Enterprise) on September 16, 2024 insured by Gallagher Bassett.We filed a claim with Gallagher Bassett the next day. Although we filed a police report we were told one was not written because it was just property damage and no injuries.We have pictures from the scene, as well as a recorded statement from the other driver accepting fault to our ********** the 66 days since we filed that claim we have been handed off to two different claims adjusters and none of them will call us back.The goal is obviously to prolong the process and wear us down.We sent ********* *******, pictures, report number for the report we filed, statement, driver licenses, insurance cards, estimate, and everything she asked for. Radio silence for a month.Then we got ******* ********** because ********* quit? Then ******* needed us to send her everything again. Radio silence. Not returning calls or emails. This company is a scam of the worst sort. 66 days since accident. NOTHING. No adjuster. No nothing. Highly recommend working through own insurance and meet with a lawyer. They have been helpful with giving us BBB complaint info, state regulatory and AG complaint lines as well. Drag them if you have to work with them. The business model appears to be delay, delay, delay, and then hopefully never pay.Damages are 4500. And crickets.Business Response
