This business has been charging $23.87 to my church's account card Ministerio La ********* del ************ Cards *9324. This has amounted to $572.88. This is not an authorized charge, we have no idea of what is this and what this company does or why are they charging our non for profit church's account. When I look in the web I see the numerous complaints of this company for the same reason. It's unbelievable they have even charged an account of a church for their scams. We request an immediate refund of these charges and to immediately stop charging again our account.Business Response

I came across savigszoo unintentionally when I called the 800 number on the back of a store gift card to check if it was still active. I was told it was not but that they were going to offer me a $100 gift card to be used at a number of different retailers. And that I only had to pay a few dollars to have the card shipped to me. I was a bit uneasy about it but because the number called was on the back of a well known clothing retailer, I wasn't concerned until they started rambling off all these other things they wanted to offer me which I said no to. Then I got transfered to someone to verify everything and they asked for my debit card info and address again. This is what really alerted to me that something felt off and I hung up I was originally charged in February, 2024 for the small amount they said it would be to send me a $100 gift card in lieu of a retail gift card that I called the number on the back for to see if it was still good. I disputed it and my bank took care of it. Now again on March 25, 2024 I see a pending charge for $23.87. I have no idea what for, I disputed this as well with the bank. I have tried calling the 800 number from the bank charge and don't get anyone. I entered their support contact form and it will not submit. I receive an error. I called their other number and left a message of what I want to them to as to delete any account they have for me and to delete all the data associated with it.Business Response

On February 4, 2024 ******************* called to inquire about a product over the phone.
