    The iRobot was purchased 5/14/23 and returned and accepted by acme product *** June 7, 2023. They refunded me ***** and kept the $484.00 for the iRobot vacuum I returned. They kept the money and the product from my return. They need to refund the money or ship the vacuum back to me.

    On November 10th we purchased on Amazon a ***/DVD player. We mistakenly ordered two by accident. We realized it immediately and requested a refund for one of the items and the refund was provided. However, when we received the one item we did order it was damaged and the *** part did not work. We requested a refund and had a mailing label to return it. We returned and the seller confirmed its receipt. We were also able to see it as we had a tracking number. However, a week later we didn't get the refund. I questioned it and he stated they processed it already. In good faith, we waited a couple of days yet we received nothing. We contacted Amazon support to help us and they stated they would reach out to the seller. He stated he refunded the product on November 10th which is correct BUT not for the correct item. We are owed another refund as the item we did order is no longer in our possession and we were supposed to get refunded. He keeps deceiving Amazon by stating the refund was placed. This is correct but we are owed ANOTHER refund. As we looked through the reviews it appears this business continues to scam people and not return their money. Even though Amazon is held responsible but businesses should not be doing this to customers in a time so difficult. Please help.
