    Cannonball Pools is partnered with *************. They have been working on my pool since April. I was told that my pool would be done by June. It is now October and my pool is still unfinished. They show up for a few days do some work then disappear for a month. They asked me to pay the next balance and said they would be out within two weeks to start the next process. That was a month ago. I try to call/text the contractor many times and I rarely hear back- may take a couple weeks. Each time they say they are coming out to do work, they show up a week or two later. They have damaged my new deck TWICE with the bobcat. I even had safety cones out. They had a concrete truck parked on the skirt of my driveway that sunk the concrete. They sprayed my fence with concrete. And I had to fix it all myself. Each time I brought it up to the *******, he just said sorry and walked away. They poured the concrete deck around the pool and within a day, two large cracks formed. The concrete coping looks like a drunk person put up the forms. I brought that up multiple times and all I heard was crickets. They are very quick to talk about change when adding a small item, but you again hear crickets when items have been removed. I have a $120,000 contract with Cannonball pools. Communication is horrible. The work quality so far could have been better. Timeline is a beyond ridiculous.
