    I contracted with Semper Solr in August 2023. They originally promised a November activation date. Their attorneys kept asking questions that did not relate to me. For instance, I don't live close to a golf course but was required to their ridiculous questions in the affirmative to get to the next phase of the project. There were dozens of no-shows, dozens of follow up calls, and dozens of broken promises to find out how the project was progressing. During the installation, they damaged my home and property as outlined below. - During installation of the panels, the broke a path light by dropping a beam on it. - After the panels were installed, I kept seeing pieces of shingles on the roof and the ground. I asked them to do an inspection. - They installed the charge controller and inverter incorrectly ... not anchored into studs as required by the building code. This was addressed when they moved the inverter and controller to anchor them into studs, but that left numerous holes in my siding. They committed to repair the path light, inspect the roof and seals, and fix the siding. The system is installed and turned on - finally in April - but the damage remains to my home and property. I'm very VERY frightened when I think I have to live with this company for the maintenance part of the contract for 25 years.
