    The granite countertop they installed in the kitchen is one giant imperfection. They came to my house the day after it was installed. They claim that all granite has imperfections. Ive never seen one like this. I have looked at many homes with granite countertops since mine was installed. Not one is bad. It looks scratched and blurry. Especially right next to the sink. If they would have made the cut several inches to the right, the worst imperfection would be the hole where the sink is. Everyone that comes over and sees it says it looks terrible. The imperfections are everywhere. On all pieces of the granite. But the worst is next to the sink where I stand every day. It looks dirty and scratched. Its absolutely terrible but they say they think its okay. I have taken pictures and shown it to people that havent seen it in person. Even the pictures show how bad it is. And everyone agrees. If it wasnt so expensive I would have it replaced. I havent even had the heart to have the backsplash installed. My kitchen looks like garbage. I hope no one ever uses this company.

    ******, we are sad to hear that you feel this way. However, granite is a natural material that we have no control over the pattern. To ensure our customers are happy with their countertops, we always highly recommend they look at the material in person before moving forward with the order. Which you did, you came to look at the stone twice before placing the order because you wanted to make sure that you liked it. Ultimately after viewing it both times you decided that it was the one that you wanted for your home and signed contract confirming your order. Once installed was when you reached out that you didnt like it after all. When we sent over one of our employees to go look at the stone and hear you concerns, you were extremely rude. You decided to scream and use foul language at our employee and kicked him out before we could find a solution. We love our work and enjoy making our customers happy, but we cannot work with clients that are rude and disrespectful to our staff.
