    I paid this company $10,500 to come and install artificial grass in my backyard in ***********. The job was not completed to my satisfaction or the branch manager satisfaction. I called him numerous times to complain about the final product they continue to give me the runaround and dont want to come out and fix Their mistakes they cant find anybody to do it. They contract workers from out of state to come and do their jobs. They cannot find anybody to come and do their job that is experienced. My grass is all on. They broke multiple sprinkler lines when installing. They used the wrong sub base . Theres drainage problems. I asked them to refund my money back and take their product with them. They refuse to do that. All they want to do is find some inexperienced personnel to come and put a Band-Aid on the problem and that is not acceptable to me. *** worked with this company to try and remedy the problem for the past three months. I seem to be getting nowhere. They do not have any experience installers to fix the problem. The whole job has to be removed and started from scratch with an experience installation crew. They do not have any of those thats why they will not remedy the problem. All I want from them is my money back and they can come and take the product. I will pay another responsible company to come and install, I believe this company is based out of ********. And like I said, they do not have any experience installation Crews here in the ******* area. They contract their installation cruise from all over the country. Some come from ********. My installation crew came from *********, **** I believe. it is a horrible company to work with they do not stand by their product or their installation
