    We contacted Sarvana Studios to do photography and videography for our wedding. Upon the agreement, they were to provide the photos and videos within a reasonable timeframe. In addition, we paid the deposit of $550 upon the agreement prior to the date of the wedding. After the wedding, we have not received any contact from Kiran ********************** of Sarvana Studios despite numerous attempts to contact the individual and business via e-mail, text and phone number. After consulting friends who also have conducted business with Sarvana Studios, the individuals and business made deliberate and intentional attempts to ignore our attempts to contact them as when our friends contacted they responded. This is both disrespectful and unsatisfactory customer service. The business has made no attempts to reach back to us and had demonstrated a lack of transparency when we request updates about the progress of our photos and videos. Also, the business has demonstrated deceitful business practices as the deposit was provided to the business prior to the wedding event and had deliberately ignored us throughout the numerous attempts we have made to contact in regards to our photos and videos.
