    Job was not finished because they had come so far from their home base they were ordered to stop and get home. They swore that all the boxes were off of the truck. Now a month later still trying to unpack I am finding many boxes missing some of them are quite important and valuable not monetarily but personally. I would like this job completed with all of these boxes forwarded to me. Strangely enough this is the first moving company I've used that did not put stickers on every single box with a number. Could that be part of their routine? Please locate these missing boxes and return them to me. I am not seeking any monetary revenge or anything else I just want what is mine. I paid good money for a job and I don't believe it was finished. I have made numerous attempts to rectify this through the man I was dealing with through the whole process. Although he seems eager to listen and help I don't believe he has done one single thing to do so. Our last Conversation he intimated that my accounr of the event was entirely different than what actually happened. Actually he wasn't here he doesn't know what happened. I stood and listened to the guys lie to me. If he is getting a different story from his end that shows you right there there's something very wrong going on here. Please just return my boxes of valuables.

    Straightline Moving takes all of our customers concerns very seriously and ***************** is no exception. When picking items up, a dedicated truck was sent to ******************* home so there was no chance that items could be mixed or lost. When returning to storage her items were put directly into storage containers where they remained until delivery. All storage containers are locked and only accessible by the warehouse manager. After ***************** mentioned that she had some items that she was concerned might be missing we searched every storage locker and truck associated with her move and found no items left behind. We understand intimately that moving is a stressfull endeavor and sympathize with ***************** but It is our belief that all items that were collected by our company were returned to her new address.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    My items are still missing. You say you believe that everything was delivered. I believe they weren't and I am here minus a lot of personal belonging that never should have been taken from me. Isnt  it possible that some of your security has flaws? It looks like neither one of us is ever going to be able to prove their point. All I know is that Allied *** Lines is taking a bad hit and they don't deserve it. They've always been excellent. I already have told them about this and I hope they're paying attention. So tired of crying over losing my wonderful uncles war record and bronze star.  I hope he's looking down on you and hopefully will forgive you.

    Though we do not believe items are missing and have not located items after looking many times in the vault in which your items were stored, this does not mean that we are not empathetic of your situation.
