    I had Peters Home Renovation (Roselle, Illinois) install a roof 8/9 yrs ago. Peters was recommended to me by a gentleman I knew 2/3 yrs at the gym. We spoke several times a week. I asked him if he knew a reliable roofing company and he told me his father (Gary Jones) was the salesman for Peters for twenty years. Gary was very professional, knowledgeable and knew the business. I had the plywood/shingles replaced. Gary recommended more air vents on the roof (doubled them) and air vents added under the overhang for additional air circulation to protect against mold. After the job was done, Gary told me I had a roof that would last for 30 yrs and there shouldn't be any problems with the roof or mold in your attic. About 2 yrs ago, a bubble about the size of a desk top was noticed on the roof. The shingles were lifting. After examining the situation, the problem was the roofers when nailing the shingles down missed the wooden beams in that one spot and after so many yrs the shingles started to pull up from the roof. Peters came out, repaired it, and charged me. Thank goodness I had a bundle of shingles leftover and I didn't pay. Last week I became aware a problem with the family room ceiling. I had a Home Restoration Company come out to check it out. They discovered mold in the attic that Peters told me would not happen. I wouldn't recommend Peters Home Renovation to anyone.
