    Every month I am hit with fraudulent charges I never agreed to. I was a reseller until they started to steal money from me. If they treat their partner this way, lord knows how they treat customers. I have been marginalized and ignored to the point I have come to the point of writing this complaint

    I'd like to file a formal complaint against Network Merchants, LLC (also doing business as USAEpay). We have utilized their service as a payment processor for our business for the past 2 years. We are discontinuing using their services and have requested to have our customer's billing data transfered to another payment processor. This is a standard service that they offer. When we transferred on to their platform, our previous payment processor immediatetly transferred our customer billing data upon request. We put in a formal request with USAEpay on Decmber 20th and the request was confimred. We have reached out to USAEpay multiple times and they refuse to give us timeline for our data transfer. The customer service reps have been unhelpful, rude, and flippant during this process. This is having an enormous impact on our business operations and has had a financial impact becuase we are not able to exit this platform.     I have a transaction for **** on my business account every month for the past 5 months. I have never done business with this company and would like to no longer be charged.

    I have been an NMI customer since 06/12/2019. I did not have any issues until October 2023 when my account was hacked into. Someone was able ot hack my accoutn even through I have been paying for "Fraud Prevention". The person that hacked into my account used fake credit cards to try to check if the cards are working. The hacker used the account for more than **** transactions, every transaction costing me almost $0.15. I requested NMI to refund me the fraudulent transaction fees, and even though they fully admit my account has been hacked, they refuse to refund me my money for the fraudulent transactions on the account.

    After not using my account ever after signing up under the understanding that there is no cost NMI (Network Merchants) started charging me a $100 monthly maintenance fee. As I said, I never processed a single transaction under my account. When I called them they stated they emailed me a policy change and had instituted a monthly fee. Again, they could have easily just turned my account off but instead, they just started charging me without me every knowing. Obviously a cash grab that has to be illegal.
