    ****** *** (**** ***) produced a contract for plumbing/sewer work that I signed on Feb. 22nd and paid a hefty down payment. Week after week he has an excuse for not starting the project. Claimed he filed for a permit. I finally go down to the city and found out that was a complete lie. He's just running out the clock. He is not responding to my request to refund my money. He's a total scam. Now he has gone radio silent.

    On Oct. 16, 2023 a deposit check was given to R. **** ***, President of Newday, Inc. for the purchase and installation of an attic fan at ***********************************. The job was never started and our deposit was never returned. We have contracted him several times in the past year and he has offered a multitude of excuses for not returning our deposit.The address on the proposal that he provided is ****************************************************.
