    I purchased 2 fragrances from this business on 10/22/2024. Mercedes *** Silver Thrill ***** ****** **** Earth The employee told me both of these fragrances were new releases and selling fast. I later found out neither were new releases and have been out for several years. They also increased the price on the *** Silver Thrill 187% over MSRP and Polo Earth 133% over MSRP. Both fragrances can be easily purchased online or in person for their normal asking price of roughly $47 & $30.I paid $137.90 for Silver Thrill and $46.19 for Polo Earth. The total was $202.95 for 2 fragrances that shouldve cost $85 together. I went back in and asked for a refund, the lady became very rude and told me they only do in store credit as their return policy. I was not notified of their policy before my purchase and theres no signage in the store explaining that. After doing more research about this business, I found that theyve been consistently accused of scamming and stealing peoples money by selling fake or replica fragrances at a highly inflated price, they purchase them very (cheaply) and turn a huge profit once they have your money and its locked in with no way of getting it back.I was scammed.

Our products are priced competitively for the market in which they are sold.  Taking advantage of our current promotion of Buy 1 get 1 50%off, is how our customers can really see a value. In addition, it is very challenging to compete with the online pricing of nearly anything these days. The costs associated with running a brick-and-mortar store as well as an online store far exceeds the expense of placing a product for sale on **********. We also stand by all of our products and can guarantee authenticity and quality of our products. 

    The Mercedes fragrance that was purchased is a new launch that is exclusive to Fragrance Outlet, that launched approx. 2 months ago. 

    Our return policy is posted at 2 locations in the store, including the receipt, communicating that an exchange or Gift Card will be given when items are returned within 30 days and unopened. The customer brought the items back and a gift card was issued.

Fragrance Outlet is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
