I applied for a loan from Oasis and was told that I was approved and the money would be in my account the next day. I expressed that the money was needed because I was in the process of being evicted and I also have full custody of my daughter. The manager told me that the money was released t9 my bank and it should only take a couple of hours. Needles to say that I ended up being evicted and the money still hasn't been deposited into my account 4 days later. I asked the manager if she could just void the loan because now that I am in a shelter with my daughter, the money isn't needed. Her response was I had to take the loan because the application was completed. If they would have said that it would take a week, I would have made other arrangements. In my opinion Oasis uses false advertising to get you to take the loan and they also lie to you to lead you to believe that money has been released when in all reality it hasn't. There should be a law against companies that holds them accountable for misleading costumers especially when it ends up putting the costumer in a worse position they were in before dealing with them.Thanks for nothing Oasis and my child and I really needed the money so we wouldn't be homeless. ***** *****

Oasis advised Mr. ***** the funding was released to their bank on September 13, 2024, and it was up to them when they received it. Terrible service they are a rip off. I would not recommend getting any funding from these people. They had me sign agreements and then declined me at a time of need after I spoke with someone and he said they would approve me for 1500 terrible service.Oasis Financial

I applied for a loan on MAY 17,2024 was told i could get about $5000. On May 22,2024 the case was closed claiming unable to contact my attorney. I got in contact with my attorney to day 05-24-2024 he said he spoke with Oasis 05-23-2024 he approved my loan. but they claim unable to reach him was the reason they closed the case. then claimed oh we denied it didn't feel comfortable with funding this loan. didn't call, didn't even offer a lower amount. when we reach out to companies like this we need help. to put us off then come up with a lame excused is sad. I have a case so I am not understanding the false advertising on assisting. I am able to repay my loan just need help asap.Oasis Financial

I applied for a pre settlement loan from Oasis financial through my attorney ************************* and associates, *********** and was approved for a$1000.00. contacted Oasis and spoke to my case manager at Oasis and was told it's under review and should only take a couple of days, this was 05/13/2024, called today 05/20/2024 still under review, and my attorney doesn't allow it's clients to use any other pre settlement lending company but Oasis...is this even legal and ethical?Oasis Financial

This place is terrible I have a settlement payout coming 18k in July and I applied for a few thousand dollars in advance the settlement has been agreed upon and signed off by a judge and ***** sides yet ***** the underwriter just denied the loan saying they were not comfortable at this time THATS it not explanation why. What kind of loan service denies a loan with that kind of explanation when there is a court documented settlement agreement. DO NOT APPLYOasis Financial

I applied for a loan Thursday on May 2nd and was approved on Friday May 3rd which I was told that the funding department would send the funds to ******* after I signed the contract ,so hours went by never received a code or link to go to ******* to pick up funds. I end up calling back they tell me I should receive the funds on Monday which is the 6th of May so why was I told the funds will be at ******* in an hour. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of **************** says she couldn't give me that employer name that told me that but she's going to speak with her about it.Oasis Financial

I called back yesterday to see if they received information from my attorney, the representative was very nice and requested an email for my attorney. When I spoke with my attorneys assistant, she confirmed the email was received the same day. The assistant is supposed to reply to the email with the information needed. So we will see what happens. Applied on a Saturday, called to check application status Monday morning, learned I was denied and my application "closed due to a lack of information". Checked with the law firm handling my case, learned Oasis Financial never even called them; not even the Monday morning they closed my application. All this without telling me. When I called Oasis a third time after speaking with my attorneys, this morning (Tuesday), a woman in ***** promised to help me with "that one", and I was rudely informed I could reapply in 30 days. I told them shred my information and die in a fire. (Said more politely, but you get the idea.) ************ is mindbogglingly corrupt and should be closed permanently, not only for grift but for complete uselessness. Why do they exist?(To steal, harvest and sell your name, phone number, address and email address to their cousins I bet. Spam uptick incoming...)Oasis Financial

Until today I was content with oasis. Yes, the rates are high but while I have no other options they have made it possible for me to be able to rent a room from a friend, lights and water and a storage unit to hold my valuables until I have a place of my own. After I left my follow up appointment with my surgeon today I applied for additional funding. It wasn't long before I got the text saying that I was approved and the email with the paperwork l was to sign. I missed a call from oasis and when it called them back I was told that I was denied. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited for a call back. After calling back twice in reached a supervisor. She was very nice but told me that it happened very rarely but they had made a mistake. It gets even better. Now I have to wait 30 days to try again abs even then she doesn't think they'll approve it. I can't wait to be living on the streets next month. Im sure I'll be thinking about everything I had in my storage unit that I can never replace and will never see again, about the bed I used to sleep in and the water and power in used every day while I search for food and then one day I'll get my settlement. Then I'll have far more joy as I see that oasis got a large chunk of my money white they sat back and laughed. How can they do that?Oasis Financial

My accident happened a year and a half ago and I have been turned down every time I have applied stating that it was to early to apply. They told my Attorney that they needed a letter from the expert, a letter stating that states the attorney Guarantee that we will win, and didn't have the guts to call me to tell me I was turned down once again. It appears Oasis needs the case to be settled, the money in your bank, and you haven't spent any of it BEFORE they will even think of approving you. The Interest rate and hidden fees are killer. I never was offered the Loan, however, I was able to find their rates online.STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!Oasis Financial
