      I have a loan through this company which is current. I have full coverage insurance on the vehicle financed through this company. I continue to receive letters stating that my insurance has been canceled and they keep demanding proof and proof that coverage has not lapsed. I have provided said information. I have not only called the company in a few occasions but I have also contacted my insurance company and had them send me the documents on more than one occasion and sent them this info. This company only accepts these documents my an automated upload system. No matter how many times I submit the requested information I continue to receive harassing letters stating that the company will provide insurance at a premium because I do not have coverage. I have provided proof. I have called and talked with this company and even sent them a very long email describing all info about my insurance. I have 3 vehicles on this policy far exceeding their requested requirements. I am tired of the harassment! Every time my policy renews or a milage adjustment is made I receive these letters.

      2012 ***** Traverse, paid off on the 8th of August. Chase Bank account indicates that final payment has been made to this loan. The financers have admitted that final payment has been made and that they have received it but still requesting from me to sign documents authorizing ACH. ACH That they have already gotten on the 8th but requesting me to sign said Authorization on the 31st.My obligation to the financers are complete, they should expect no more other than for me to pay off the loan which I have done, so send my title. I request my title delivered to my mailing address post haste and without further delay.
