    On August 8, 2024 I purchased a pre-paid maintenance plan from the ***************** ****** of this dealership that would cover 4 annual services for my Vehicle. Now that dealership location has closed down, and despite my multiple attempts to get a hold of someone to help get a resolution for this. Since the dealership is no longer going to be able to provide me the service, I would like BBBs help to ensure that the parent company issues a full refund.

    I purchased a Triumph MotorCycle on April 30th, 2024 and have had issues with the rear brakes since I have taken delivery. The bike has been in the dealership twice to try and resolve the issue for over 30 days total. On the first attempt they replaced the brake pads and said that should resolve the issue. Upon leaving the dealership and riding back home the issue reoccurred. The dealership picked up the back on 9/5/24 and had it for over 3 weeks and have now come back and said there is no warrantable concern found on the motorcycle. I have videos of the issue for the issue on both instances and if anything, it seems to be a little worse after the original brake pad replacement. I do not feel the noise the bike makes upon braking and rolling it around is normal and should be properly repaired.

    I have been attempting to file a Theft Warranty claim with ********************* Harley ******************** City MC dealer seeking $500. They constantly fade my requests to file this claim. I cannot file the claim with the third-party insurance company because they require the dealer to file the claim. My dealer really refuses to call me back and they basically just send me rude e-mails with no useful information. The issue started 9/26/2023 and still they have not filed this claim. I fear this will impact the claim. I called the dealer at ************ on 09/26 four times. Once ***** , twice 09/30 , once 10/02 , once 10/12. Each time they promise me a callback, but they never do. Their statements regarding callbacks I can confirm is a lie. Again 11/10, 11/15, 11/21 , 11/28, 12/5, 12/6. I can keep going. No callbacks and no information provided. I fear they maybe colluding with the insurance company to fade my request and let time ***** the validity of my claim, I am not sure. They have only recently started helping me via e-mail after chatting with their chatbot on their website. However, the claim continues to not be filed. In January via phone call the service department confirmed they did not know how to file the claim. Very unsettling, but I try to be of immediate assistance to them to help push along. However, their lack of ability is evident and it is constant follow-up to chase them. Attached are my e-mails with the dealer. There are a few more but 5MB maximum upload size. The insurance company is called 'rpm plus by revolos' it seems. I am a policy holder with them through the dealer when I purchased my motorcycle. My primary insurance has already completed this task in early October. But it's falling apart at this dealership.You can contact them at ************** Thank you

    We did not receive the requested insurance claim documentation from **************** until February 19th, 2024.  That claim has been submitted to the provider on the same day.  We anticipate a response from the provider this week and will provide updates as we receive them.

    This complaint is in relation to my previous complaint #******** as I did not reply in time as I was giving the business time to follow-up in relation to BBB outreach from the previous complaint. The business indicated they would follow-up with me last week, but they have not. They do this, they say they will call you back and they don't. They always make that promise. Previously they indicated to BBB that I only submitted my claim documentation 02/19 while that is true they have refused to allow me to file my claim due to their inability to be contacted and the consistent promise of a callback a lie. I fear they are delaying my claim filing to ruin the validity of my claim with insurance provider RpmPlus for some reason. My primary insurance had this filed and completed 11/02 while Windy City dodges my contact.

    Response from the company representative regarding this matter.  Contact has been made with the proper parties to assist the customer with his claim process.

    Update,
    I just spoke to ***** and advised him that Safe Guard requested a formal police report and also requested a formal letter from his insurance that the deductible was paid.
    He seems okay and said that he will try to get the police report today or tomorrow.

    I also advised him that Safe Guard is the administrator of the contract, but that I will do everything in my power to get his deductible reimbursed to him.

    I noticed ***** responded. I have no problem with the insurance company. She does a fantastic job. Its Windy City dealer who is at fault here for ignorant and extremely delayed service. My personal issue is with ********************* and Windy City in general. However, things are in motion and Im happy. No further action needed. Thank you BBB.
