    Rude customer service.
    I spoke to whoever on the phone (a woman) on 10/15/2024 at around 2:42pm. Sadly I didn't catch her name.
    But I was having trouble with a coupon code for my organization and yes she did solve it quickly but I did not like her attitude.
    She cut me off a few times and was berating about not hearing me on the phone. When I didn't hear her and asked for her to repeat, she says "did you not hear me???" like no I did not or I wouldn't ask you to repeat.
    Absolutely ridiculous.

    We have reviewed your account and would like to share the following information. On 12/24/2021, you submitted an application applying for certification with **** *** processed the application on 12/29/2021, identifying the items needed to complete the application process to allow you to test. During this time, the applicant would have received several email notifications from our system reminding her that additional items are required and must be submitted to *** to complete her application. Unfortunately, as of today, we have not yet received any of the requested documents needed to complete your application. ***s Refund Policy clearly states that the application fee is non-refundable. This policy is posted on ***s website, including our Candidate Handbook and Applicant FAQ.Further, when applying online, all applicants must complete the Examinee Agreement acknowledging that they understand and agree with ***s policies to submit their application which states: APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THE APPLICATION FEE COVERS THE COST OF THE REVIEW AND PROCESSING OF THE APPLICATION AND THE FIRST EXAMINATION ADMINISTRATION.Therefore, *** holds all applicants to the same standard regarding our refund policy. As a professional courtesy and gesture of goodwill, *** has offered a partial refund of half the application fee (*****). This refund is an exception to our refund policy and the only one *** can provide at this time.
