    1) *************************** concert, 6/23 7:30pm at the Rosemont Theater. Total transaction amount: $660.75 2) Issue: Tickets sold with no disclosure of obstructed/limited view. Venue doesnt want to take responsibility and does not acknowledge that a wall in front of the seats limits the view 3) Complaint I had a very unfortunate surprise when I got to the supposedly best seats in the house (section 103 row A) but there was a pit wall from vip section obstructing our view. Everyone in the row I was, was appalled, men could see a bit better but I could barely see the musicians! *** sent a complaint to Ticketmaster (seats are not advertised as limited view) and to the theater who replied in the utmost unprofessional way (pretty much saying I could see just fine when I wouldnt waste my time or anyones time if that were true)Ive sent them photos and videos showing clearly that the wall was covering our sight. For a standing concert it wouldnt be an issue, but that was NOT a standing concert, we were seating and couldnt even take picture of the artist BECAUSE NOT EVEN THE CELLPHONE COULD CAPTURE WHAT WAS HAPPENING ON STAGE. Im not asking for a full refund, because it was my wedding anniversary and that was a very unique opportunity for us, so we stayed and LISTENED to the concert, but they need to 1) issue a partial refund, equivalent to tickets sold as obstructed and/or LIMITED view and 2) have them to disclose that information properly in their website. Thats not inclusiveif a 5,5 woman seats where I sat, she would literally see absolutely nothing at all!

I went to see S club at this venue on Feb 22nd. The website boasts excellent site lines from any seat location. This is false advertisement. My seat was in row 3 and I had an obstruction of view. My ticket was not listed as obstruction. I have tried to reach them to get info to contact the event organizer. I have reached out to Ticketmaster after the event and they reached out to event organizer and they said no. If the event organizer refuses to give me a refund then rosemont Theater should because of false advertisement. They need to update on their website what proper etiquette is in terms of concert viewing for fans.
