We have had Feldco ****************************** door for a couple of years now and love them. Salespeople are very knowledgeable on their products and came out twice to measure. They also worked with us on installing our patio door/window which was located on the top floor of our townhome. This company should spend less on advertising and more on quality and scheduling. I contracted in April for a garage roof and for both soffit and facia on the same building. After one scheduling glitch, the installers arrived, and although we had a pretty severe language issue, we managed to communicate and they did a wonderful job. At that point I was very satisfied. It was then the problems began. The man who picked up the dumpster mangled our mailbox. He didn't just hit it, but her ran over it! After a day of calling Feldco, I finally got a hold of a woman named Missy who was very helpful. The mailbox was replaced, but it was not a direct replacement - much smaller and not on the wooden post that was also destroyed by the truck. Several weeks later there was suddenly a skid-steer in my yard ( no notice had been given that he was coming). This man took away the material that was supposed to be used for the *****. When I called I was told that they had a new gutter company and that company wanted to use their own materials. I didn't think they were putting up gutters. After that 3 times they scheduled the work with me, and 3 times they did not show up or call to cancel. Each time I had canceled or rescheduled other plans so I could be here. They delivered ( without scheduling) more materials last week and threw them off the truck in front of the garage. I am 77 years old and it was very hard to move this stuff. Yesterday was the last straw. They were supposed to arrive around noon. No one came or called. I am cancelling this work with this company, and will never hire them again. They are a joke! I don't care what kind of work they do - they are not doing it here!!!Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

I needed windows for my lower level and contacted Feldco. Examining my neighbors windows and the companies that they used I am so glad that I did. I can't say enough about the quality of the windows that were installed. I always price shop however, I realize that you get what you pay for. Windows might look good in the summer time but when it is COLD outside I want the cold to stay outside. The installers did a super job and they were so exact with the cuts on the aluminum that minimal caulk was needed. Also they did a great job in cleaning up and did not leave small aluminum scraps laying around for me to clean up when they left my house.I also had them replace the gutters that came with my house. The larger ones that they installed are so much more practical and really looks nice. What I appreciate the most is the fact that they send out another technical person to review everything recorded by the salesman. When the technician came out and we were going over the gutters and my gutter color selection he asked me if the color I picked was really the color that I wanted. He said to me if this was his house he would not have selected that color. I was a little miffed by his comment but when I looked at the color he thought I should have and the color I picked he was exactly right! I could not thank him enough. If I had gone with my original selection I would have been an unhappy camper.So Thank You Feldco for sending two people out to insure everything would be right the first time. No doubt this costs the company additional money but it is so well worth it!Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

I was initially impressed with the sales person and installation of our windows, entry door and patio door. However; now that these items have been installed for several years some parts are staring to wear out. These come with a lifetime replacement warranty, BUT I was last quoted $140 dollars [payable at the time of booking] to get someone out to my house to replace the broken parts. I've tried, unsuccessfully, to get the parts myself and install them. Wish I had know this upfront, would have gone with another window company.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

Thank you for your feedback. Our products do have a lifetime replacement warranty on the product, but the warranty on the labor is 5 years. Your contracts being over 10 years old, so the labor is chargeable. If the part needing replaced is something simple enough to put in yourself, we can arrange for you to pick up the part, or in some cases have it shipped directly to *************** will reach out to discuss your situation further to come up with a solution that works best.Review fromKatie R

The team that came to install the doors and windows were amazing. Great team of guys. But, the sales person and the management *****. The sales person came to our house and we showed him what we wanted. When the contract was signed we thought the contract was written how we wanted it to be. We know our house so when we read the contract, it made sense to us. We waited months for the windows and door to be installed and we were very disappointed by the results. Every window had a problem with it and 1 of our 2 doors were wrong. One window was overall incorrect and they said they would fix it. The big window in the front was so off that there was a gap that you could visibly see through. They patched that up with trimming. Whatever. Every other window except for the kitchen window was 1/8 inch off. So when you go to pull down the window, the whole top part moves left and right. When we talked to the sales person about this, they said 'yeah that's normal"......Ummm no, we know people with Feldco windows....their windows don't move left and right. Or have a gap for cold winter air to get through. Don't treat us like we are stupid. The worst part is the door! We had a verbal agreement with the sales person on what side we wanted the handle to be on and which way we wanted the door to swing in. Apparently, how the contact was written out could be interpreted differently, so the person cutting our door cut it the opposite way. So now our door swings into another door in our house and the light switches are behind the door. Not convenient at all. They also said it would be $900 for us to fix this. Awful customer service. And the team installing the doors said this happens a lot. There is miscommunication between the sales people and the people creating the windows and doors. We still have not heard back about what will happen with our windows. The example window they had us look at did not shake left and right. That's misrepresentation.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

We had 10 windows replaced. Sales rep said they would completely wrap the new trim over the old trim. We said this was important because I'm 71 years old and don't want to climb ladders to paint anymore. The installers covered everything except the top drip piece leaving the wood exposed. After spending over ****** I will still need someone to paint and caulk the top of the windows. When I called the General Manager he said that wood piece was actually a part of the siding, not the window. What a load. Why didn't the salesman explain that to us before writing the contract? Another window was measured incorrectly causing a 4 week completion delay. DON'T CALL FELDCO!Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors
