I signed a wellness contract with them at my first visit on 6/3/24. I only used their services three times total. All visits were in June. In July I emailed them about canceling the plan. I was told the contract had a two month minimum before it could be modified and they said I had to physically go to the clinic to request a change to the contract. I didn't have time to drive all the way there to discuss it with them, so I asked via email to cancel it. I thought it was taken care of and didn't notice I was still getting charged $79 per month until October. On 10/10/24 I called and emailed them with my concern. Finally they emailed me the cancelation form, which I signed and emailed back to them. They then sent me confirmation that it would end this month. I want to be refunded for August-October, but they don't seem to be willing to work with me on that. Why couldn't they have emailed the cancelation form in the first place? It would have avoided this whole situation.

The wellness plan is an automatic recurring billing plan that has a 2 month minimum, meaning you cannot cancel before 2 months.  The Wellness plan is equivalent to a gym membership, meaning if you do not use it, it will charge you, it is a automatic recurring billing plan. We do send out membership education texts and emails to utilize your membership, but ultimately it is your responsibility to come into the clinic to get your treatments.  After reviewing the audio of the phone call, and talking to the staff, the clinic feels scared and threatened. We are attaching your wellness plan contract that you signed and a cancellation form, please fill it out and we will cancel your membership.  Kindly, if you do decide to come into  the clinic, please come non-aggressively.  If the staff or clinic feels threatened in any way we will call the police
