    I began personal training around March 25, *************************************************** to work with someone due to my physical limitations. I started with this trainer within a week I was scheduled to come in 3 days a week. I was trying to get fit for a girls trip and my sons wedding. By the second week of training this man was canceling 1 to 2 x a week(I have all the text messages) I would train 2 x one week 3 the next I had set a schedule yet it was always changed. 3 weeks ago I called talked to the training supervisor he promised to get back to me in 24 hours also informed me that trainer quit never heard from him again. I have texted I have called and I have gone in. I have not trained with anyone for over 2 weeks, no one is calling me back nor are they helping me in any manner. I want my money back and to cancel my training contract ****. The promises made when I signed up have been broken and it is entirely on them.

    I signed up for the Peak Results Membership at Crunch in ****************, **. This is the top/most expensive membership they offer and it includes use of the sauna. I pay $31.99 per month and my membership began 8/01/24. In 2.5 months, the sauna has been out of order for at least 5 weeks. I have asked at the desk when it will get fixed but I'm told, "I didn't know it was out of order," by the same person 2 weeks in a row. Or, I am told it will get fixed that week. I called on 9/30/24 to discuss billing and the multiple items that were out of order (weight machines, treadmills, sauna, women's handicap bathroom stall). I asked for Management and was told they could not give me any information. I asked about a discount and was told, "We can't give you a discount or we would have to give everyone a discount." It is not acceptable to be paying for services contracted and they be out of order for weeks on end. As of 10/19/24, the sauna is still out of order.

    $$$ OVERCHARGED ME - TWICE $$$, charged my personal checking account despite promising not to do so. Overcharged me for first month despite promises that they would not, charged me almost immediately for 'yearly six month point fee.' 10/08/2024 Management refused to let me out of contract and refused to provide refund for OVERCHARGES. Refused to remove bank account and switch to credit card as promised when signed up.--__THIS CLUB IS ALREADY WELL OVERCAPACITY__5:00am, full parking lot, no one at the door as they are extremely understaffed, a literal 5:00am line to get in, waiting for machines at 5:20am - even the circuit machines where you are supposed to do your sets and move, there are campers. No one is cleaning up after themselves, no staff to clean machines. Sales people too busy bringing in even more members and lining their pockets with commissions (the ones they lie about and say they don't get). --Broken machines still remain broken, no one cleaning bathrooms, showers not clean, one still not working, all manner of offerings now either gone, temporarily unavailable, or simply removed without consent or explanation to their Member base. Members routinely lied to by staff, staff members lie about future operating hours, amenities, operations, then they fire that person (or they leave) and the current staff blames former employee...but the contract that the former employee lied customers into still stands.
