    We hired Rivera to remove the old asphalt in our parking lot, a 3-story condo building in *******, and resurface so that we could improve the drainage problems we had during rain and snow storms. Although the new lot is an improvement from the former, there is still water pooling in one spot, making it difficult for some owners to access their vehicles after it rains. Furthermore, when they repainted the parking space lines, they completely botched the job, making it difficult for owners to park their vehicles appropriately. When we brought our concerns about the job to them, they told us they would not come back to fix the issues. We spent $11K for this job and expected it to be done professionally. It simply wasnt. We understand that sometimes there are mistakes with projects like this, but to refuse to fix the problem is inexcusable. I WOULD NOT hire this company for your asphalt needs.
