- Cancellation Policy: We require a $75 non-refundable deposit for all children birthday parties when booking the date. No deposits will be refunded for cancellations made less than 14 business days prior to the party.
If you cancel your party more than 14 days out, you will have the choice to re-book another date or use the amount of your deposit for an in store credit with us (minus administration fee of $25). An additional $25 administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations/ change dates within 30 days of party.
If you cancel 7-10 days out from your party, and choose not to re-book another event, you will forfeit your deposit and have no store credit to use. - Business Categories
