I want to share my experience with a particular business. This business is not transparent and is deceptive in its practices. They have been dishonest about what is included in their services and pressured me into making payments later. They have made claims about seeing severe medical conditions "disappear" such as cancer, diabetes, and ADHD and have used religion as a way to attract clients. Additionally, they have provided misleading information about their prices, such as falsely stating that the credit card company CareCredit charges them up to 10% when a customer pays with this card. When I contacted CareCredit, they informed me that the maximum charge to a business is 4% or no charge at all. The company is pocketing additional funds.During my first appointment with my mother and myself, the business did not inform us about additional costs, which was a strategy to lure us into taking their services. When we wanted to cancel, ************** made my mother and me feel guilty about not being able to continue and claimed that we owed $1,099.19. However, when we returned the next week, he tripled it, showing a lack of professionalism and rudeness.Furthermore, Dr. ****** started avoiding me and being rude after seeing me with my partner, who is trans. The business also tried to make me feel bad about myself when I didn't comply with their suggestions.Overall, I firmly believe this business is engaging in fraudulent practices and financial abuse, and I feel it's essential to speak out about it as I am not the only one as this Business has a reputation of what I've said and even my bank had to inform their branch manger saying "Hey they are doing it again"I Just want this Business to stop finically abusing people and getting away with it.

In the complaint we are accused of being non transparent-  In the attached documents you will see that the complainant received and agreed to a treatment plan that laid out all charges and fees before care began-  They both agreed to and signed off on  a 48 visit care plan for spinal correction and home rehab equipment and nutrition supplements.  The total for this care can be seen in the attached documents.  There was a 1200 dollar down payment made to our office before beginning this treatment in March and they agreed to 11 additional payments of ****** to pay off the balance that was placed in an auto debit to be debited on the 15th of every month.

When they both decided to discontinue care they stated that they cannot make it due to scheduling conflicts and made no mention of anything being done wrong, deceptive or fraudulent. One patient received 40 visits and the other 36 visits.  We re calculated the amount due to us and presented it to them and they agreed to pay off the balance over time- see attached.  Im not sure how much more transparent we can get about cost and fees and working with people to pay off balances owed.

Care credit absolutely charges practitioners 10% of the charges and offers the patient interest free financing. Im not sure where she is getting this false information.

We are an inclusive office and are open to everyone.  The comment about rudeness because of a partner being trans is simply not true.

Spinal correction takes commitment.  It is not my job to make people feed bad about not complying to the care they committed to but I do my best to make sure I hold them accountable to their commitment and get the best results.

These patients are only being charged for the services that were rendered to them.

I am rejecting this response because: I personally called the actually CareCredit  company and they stated that they are not allowed to charge over 4%  let alone 10% and no matter what and the phone *** even said that they won't even charge anything if they are using CareCredit. And they where not honest about anything and not to mention their claims about how they see cancer and diabetes disappear as that is simply not possible it may be a preventive but they are not God they can't make that "disappear" very pushy and disrespectful of one's time and still cannot take accountability and just flat out rude at times. But it's clear to me they just want to make their money and that's not very "Christian like" as that is greedy. So respectfully I'm not going to accept their rude response until further notice Thank you.

    Sincerely,

I have responded with all the details necessary needed to prove that these patients have received care in our office and are being charged for it.

Please see my previous response as there are signed agreements detailing all charges laid out for the patient PRIOR to receiving care.

They are only being charged for services rendered.
