    My real estate agent team recommended **** and we are so happy we went with their referral! I was hesitant to go with an inspector recommended by a realtor initially to avoid any potential conflict of interest but **** was awesome and really did a deep dive during the inspection. He took his time, was ********, explained things in detail to us at the end of the inspection and provided us an excellent easy to read summary of all the issues based on category with photos attached. His inspection was key in helping us gain appropriate seller credits and as we are remodeling the home now, I reference his inspection summary often with contractors which has been so helpful.
