    Test kit provided 2/1/25 There was a faulty vial for the day 3 collection This vial is for a separate test than the 4 that were not faulty As instructed in the Collection Instructions I called Doctors Data customer support and asked for a replacement vial. They were not helpful and said I needed to contact my doctor and start over.The collection and shipping effort for this is not trivial. I am requesting that Doctors Data ship me the replacement vial as requested and process it as I have pre paid. If they cannot accommodate this I request a discounted fee for my time spent due to their shipping a defective kit.

    Dear Mr. ***************** received your complaint through the BBB portal this morning and would like to immediately overnight a replacement collection kit to you. I also emailed you at your gmail address, and left you a voice mail on the phone number you listed. Could you please provide your shipping address and we will ship today. 

    It is our practice to ship replacement kit components upon request at no charge. We will thoroughly investigate this incident and provide additional training to our customer service team. It would be very helpful if you could share the name of the person you spoke to, if you know it.

    Again, Im sorry we let you down and will do our best to make it right.

    I called this company to pay over the phone for a service and was quoted $75. I was instead billed $120. I contacted the company and received no explanation for their error or resolution to crediting my the overcharge.
