I had a coolant sensor replaced. They charged me over $1,500. I questioned it when they gave me the repair quote. Service writer told me how complicated and involved this repair was on this vehicle. So I gave them the go ahead. After I picked the car up and had the part number and repair description on the receipt. I used that information to call the ********* dealer down the street and ask them for a quote for the same repair. They gave a price of $750 for a apples to apples repair

I am beyond frustrated with this dealership. I purchased a 2019 **** Van from them, only to see the Check Engine Light shortly after about 70 miles of driving. It turned out that this Van has MAJOR transmission issues that would cost me almost 10 THOUSAND dollars to fix!! Its clear to me that these problems were known beforehand and should have been disclosed before purchase, but instead, I was sold the vehicle without any mention of the transmission issues. If I could, I would rate them 0 Stars. The breaking point is the complete lack of response from the dealership. Ive called multiple times and sent emails, tried to get a hold of ANYONE, yet no one responds or gets back to me. ****, The Sales Manager, has refused to respond to our calls and has sent us in circles claiming they wished to help, but then dodge us when we try to get in touch. This is beyond unprofessional and has made an already stressful situation even worse. I honestly cant believe how poorly Ive been treated throughout this whole ordeal. I would strongly advise that everyone AVOID this business.

I purchased an 2017 **** Q7 on 7/27/24. I thought I was getting a Great Deal but ending up with a Great Headache. A little over 60 days after purchasing the vehicle I took the car in to **** of ******** for an oil change only to leave out with a headache. I was informed that Both Front Lower Curve Arm bushing was leaking Hydraulic Fluid, Rear Strut Protective Cover and Bump Stops were torn through ,both Rear spring mounts were corroded and battery replacement. The Grand total was $5602 and I was floored! A week later my oil light came on and i checked my display and my engine was bone dry!! I immediately called ******** **** took me right in and refilled the oil. However I was informed that if this happens again it could be an issue with the engine. Like clock work back there again and i was informed that an oil consumption test would need to be done so I agreed to the $275 test and purchased a battery because the car cut off at a light because of it with my wife and son in the car on the way to school. After the second $275 oil consumption test was performed on top of ECM software update on the vehicle total of an additonal $853.95 I was told the vehicle was burning oil and an Engine Long Block replacement was needed and I was given a quote of $44,000!!!! My God I wondered how did something like this happen to me. I went home and looked over my paper work. I should have known when the vehicle was not given a warranty at the time of purchased I should have walked away. However when I was handed a Used car Inspection and everything was Passed and inspected by **** ******* I went ahead and did the deal because I trusted the information in front of me and for Gods Sake I was in ***************** purchasing a vehicle not on the South or Westside of Chicago boy was I mistaken. Unscrupulous business practices are done everywhere I guess. When I saw this dealership received BBB torch award for Ethics I was sickened and floored. I am overwhelmed and disgusted.

I'm not sure about other's experiences but this is not your typical car dealership. ******************* made the process of buying a car enjoyable and showed great respect toward me as a customer. I presented my research directly to **** (sales manager) and made what I felt was a reasonable offer. **** did not make me feel like my offer was out of line and was very respectful to it and me. I was totally surprised that he came back with an acceptable counter which I agreed to after only one round of negotiations. The delivery of the car was smooth for a Saturday and they gave me zero reason to want to walk away post negotiations. I hope I can buy a car there again and that I'll be able to leave another great review.
