    ******* S was VERY IMPRESSIVE. Thorough, friendly, and competent . Explained his procedures as he went along. A model of what sets Mendel apart from others. Really fits into what I've come to expect..and get from EVERYONE THAT HAS COME TO OUR HOUSE!!

    **** did a great job! He was on-time and professional throughout the job. He even took time to explain each step of the process. After he had completed the work order, he cleaned-up the work area. A job done well and a well-done job.

    Mendel Pluming is the best. We have used them for years and they always back their work.

    We had a new A/C and furnace installed a couple of weeks ago. The A/C started sounding loud and when it started, we would feel a vibration in the floor.

    I called Mendel and they had Mike come out that afternoon. A few parts needed to be replaced. Mike ordered the parts before he even left our house.

    The next day he was back to replace the parts he ordered.

    That is the kind of service Mendel always provides.

    **** K of Mendel installed a full new sump pump w/ battery backup and all piping for my home. He handled the job with extreme professionalism. While informing me of multiple options, he did not try to forcefully sell me on any of them. He simply informed me of my options and let me make my own decision. He completed the job in a timely manner and left the area cleaner than what he found. I recommend **** and Mendel to any future customers. Thank You ****.

    We were about to leave for vacation when the battery alarmed on the sump pump. I called Mendel and they had someone at the house within 2 hours! Impeccable service. We made it to our flight knowing everything is in working order. So grateful!
