I recieved a letter stating my house is part of a probate.. The letter states the house is not mine and is part of a probate. I want an explanation for the letter sent. The letter is too large to attach per your system. I can try emailing if that would be an option after being filed. There is probate number attached to this letter.I don't know if this is a dirty attempt to steal my house. Please verify if I should report this to the police.

Grandview Homes did mail ******** ***** a letter on March 21, 2025. The mailing sent on March 21st, had a misprint due to an error made by the printer. The recipient of the letters address was mistakenly included in the body of the letter. As a result, the letter incorrectly suggested that the recipients home was involved in probate proceedings and that Grandview Homes was interested in purchasing it. We want to clarify that this was entirely due to an error made by the third-party printer, and we are not interested in purchasing ******* ***** home. We deeply regret any confusion or concern this mistake may have caused her or her family. We mailed an apology letter to everyone on that mailing list, totaling 146 recipients, on Friday, April 11, 2025. Other than the apology letter, ******** ***** will not receive any future mailings from Grandview Homes as we have removed her from our mailing list, and she has not been entered into our database. Attached is a copy of the letter of apology that was sent to all recipients of the first erroneous letter.

My fianc put an offer on a property in ***************. They accepted our offer then later rejected it when it said FHA. They didnt post not accepting FHA. I told them we went conventional and they canceled our contract and we have yet to get our ****** money back. This is a horrible company playing with peoples livelihood. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Grandview Homes, LLC did not sell this home.   We assigned the home to Grandview Capital, LLC.    This complaint should be directed to Grandview Capital LLC.     I will also forward the complaint to Grandview Capital so they can address the ******* money issue.
