    Ive been without a furnace in my house for 3 weeks because of Mcnallys. With that being said Im sure most of these good reviews are fake. Week one a tech was sent out and diagnosed the problem, they followed up saying the tech refused to do the work, when my father and I quite literally watched him do the work. After the diagnosis they were supposedly sending another tech but he was on vacation which was a lie. Then today coming into our 3rd week mcnallys is still saying they are going to send someone out to diagnose the problem. We live in the northwest suburbs and winter temps are dropping fast. This is ridiculous. The problem is the igniter. The first tech told us that, not sure why they need to send 3 for the same thing. My mother has asthma and does not do well in the cold weather. The cold weather is now in our house so she can do nothing to escape it.

    After reviewing customer records for ***** ******** and the address supplied of ****************** - we only have 2 work orders for services at that address. The first visit was 3/22/2022 for a duct quote and the second visit was 6/8/2022 to complete the quoted work to install 2 supply ducts and one return duct. We have not had any requests from customer for a technician since 2022. The only other note that we have on her account is a phone call made by our office on 11/5/24 and a message was left on her voicemail to see if she would like a furnace maintenance. We never received a call back from her regarding the message that was left. Customer also left a negative ****** review recently but I feel like she may have had another company out and has us confused with them. I have attached the only 2 work orders that we have record of.
