    We purchased tickets for ************* and were notified that the concert was cancelled. We were told that every effort would be made to reschedule. It has been almost six months since the original date of the concert. We have called and emailed repeatedly and received to response. In the meantime, ************* have been scheduled at a venue in a neighboring town. We just want our money back

    I purchased tickets to a show that originally was supposed to take place at the ****************** in **********, Il. I purchased 3 tickets for a total of $143.67. The concert was scheduled for May 25, 2024 at 8pm. Some time after I purchased the tickets the show was moved to the Arcada Theater in ***************************** (both theaters are owned by ****** Entertainment). I confirmed that I knew about the change to the location and waited for the concert. On May 7, 2024, I received an email from the Arcada stating the concert had been "postponed". Again, I waited some time to see when the show would be rescheduled for. On June 6, 2024 I began this awful process of attempting to get my money back. I have called numerous times and left numerous messages, only to never hear back from anyone. I did find a contact email ***************** and eventually someone did reach out and tell me I would need to send them my address for them to mail me a check (they can't refund the credit card because the tickets were purchased for a different venue). On June 16, 2024 I sent my name and address via email and now, on July 7, 2024, I have yet to receive that check. I have numerous emails to verify said conversation, if needed.

    Extremely high service fee for purchasing tickets not to mention its not disclosed prior to purchasing tickets. I figured a fee but not $76 for two tickets.

    I purchased concert tickets for $391.25, from the Arcadia Theatre on 1/1/2020. The concert was scheduled for 1/10/20, however it was postponed due to illness of the performer. The new date was set for 12/5/20, however, that was cancelled due to covid. We requested a refund multiple times and was always assured that we would get our money back. ******************* has been stringing us along all this time, and I believe he has no intention of refunding our money back, which in my eyes in considered stealing.     My Daughter ********************************* purchased tickets for our family for the ********************* concert January 1st 2020 originally scheduled for the January 10th 2020 concert but was postponed due to Illness. A new date was scheduled for February 5th but that was also cancelled due to covid We have sent several letters to ******************* President and CEO of **************************. requesting the refund. **************** assured us on several occasions in writing we would get the refund but still have not after a few years.On December 17th 2022 I spoke with **************** who reviewed the charges and stated it got missed and again assured me we would get he refund which has not happened.I have attached all documentation.Sincerely,***************************** and *********************************
