1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience with Oil Leak Repair*I'm extremely dissatisfied with West Suburban *************** They fixed an oil leak on my vehicle for $500, but it didn't even last 2 years. Now, the leak is back, and it's worse than before! The lack of durability and quality in their work is concerning. For the price I paid, I expected a long-lasting solution. Instead, I'm facing the same issue again.I would caution others to consider alternative options or seek a second opinion before entrusting West Suburban Tire with major repairs.*Suggestions for improvement:*- Better diagnosis to identify root causes - More durable and quality repairs - Warranty repair

Absolutely incompetent group of people and scam artists to say the least. We took our car (2017 ******* for rear tire replacement and drove off without any breaks! After returning to the place, we were welcomed by **** (Advisor), a typical used car salesman who rudely laughed at the situation the entire time I was speaking. ***** story was that the mechanic had to take the wheel cylinder apart to look at the breaks and at that point the hardware just fell apart. Please keep in mind that they neglected to tell my husband that before he left the shop which means that they allowed for their customer to drive without any breaks on the car. That is pure negligence on their part. Essentially, the scam was...let's forcefully yank the break hardware so that the customer will be forced to fix the breaks in their shop. Again, we went for two tire replacements and came out with no breaks and leaking brake fluid. When asked to speak with the President, I was told that he is not available that day. When I inquired as to when the President would call me, I was told that they do not know - what kind of a response is that? The next day I waited for a call but never received one, so I called them myself only to hear yet another story from their General Manager, **** who now claimed that their mechanic never touched the breaks/wheel cylinder and so on.so which story is correct??? Ironically, they also provided my husband with a quote of a single rear breaks repair before he departed the one that they broke while changing the tire.I will be contacting the BBB as well as my lawyer as I simply cannot allow for these scammers to get away with this type of treatment. Sadly, as I read the reviews I am not the only one who was scammed in this manner. We will see you in court Scamming Suburban Tire Auto Care.

Said I needed a new tire and you should buy them in pairs. I asked to speak to the owner knowing their shop put this hole in the tire. **** talked to the owner and offered me 1 new tire their expense , but I still had to buy another, pair for safety, paid 293$ For a slow leak. They never denied damaging my tire and gave me 1 tire.
