    I travel a lot for business, as I also own a business where I pay for travel for my guests. I had three guests planned to come into town for business from three different states. I needed them all to stay close for travel for business. Upon leaving my guests at the hotel, I was contacted by two of my guests (who didn't know each other) and asked if I could return to the hotel because they wanted to leave. One of the guests had been moved to her third room by the time she said she was not willing to stay. She asked me to pick her up and find another hotel (the only reason I booked here was due to other local hotels being fully booked...some weddings I understand consuming them over that same weekend.) All the rooms were filthy, smelled like smoke or stale air, and had approximately 30 stinkbugs, enough on the walls to count them in a video taken by my ********* guests and I asked to speak to management, to know avail the only one there simply said their policy is no refunds. Well, I also insisted that their rooms are not policy for bugs to join us. I contacted management thereafter, as well as the Wyndham customer service, only for them to provide me with an apology "with hopes for better service for future guests." Due to their no-refund policy, they do not have to provide a refund or a discount. I am only sorry at this time that I booked the rooms without reading some of the other similar reviews.I also provided this simple 1-Star Review left to no response: Embarrassed by this hotel for my potential guests that could not wait for me to pull them out of this hotel within 5 minutes of arriving. Your policy is no refund...even when my room includes 30 of your neighborhood stinkbugs. Your hotel is crawling with disgust and you have embarrassed me in front of my business guests from out of state.I own a business and pride myself on customer service. Never could I charge a customer nearly $700 for no services and not try to fix a concern ore refund.
