  ******* worked exactly as advertised. It was a no hassle experience that we enjoyed. Auto shipping group timely picked up and delivered our vehicle and it was exactly as we left it with them. We were pleased with the service and will use auto shipping group again for the next service when it comes up.

  ASG is a ten-star operation!! This is the 2nd time in 3 years that I had to ship a car from MA to **...again, I contacted ******* at Auto Shipping Group. She responded in a couple of hours-on a weekend! Within a few days my car was on a carrier. This company is the best! ******* was always in communication with me on the progress of the move.. We even had a last minute (within 2 hours of pickup) location change and ******* contacted the driver and worked out my problem. My car arrived on schedule with friendly drivers on both ends of the move. If I need to move again, or refer a company to friends and family, it will definitely be ******* and Auto Shipping Group! Thanks again!

  I contacted ***** to help me get a 2018 ******** ******** van picked up from a dealer in ******* and brought to Washington. I know that these vans are a little tough to get picked up because they are pretty big so I wasn't expecting to see it for a few weeks. I booked my order on a Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon she had already scheduled a driver to pickup my van the very next day. The carriers did an excellent job and even arrived a day early for delivery. From the day of booking to delivery to my (literal) front door it took 5 days! If you go with ASG call ****** she will amaze you!

  I contacted AGT to ship out 2 vehicles, one was an antique car that needed a covered transport, and the other was a 4x4 which could go on open transport. My agent was *******, and she was very informative and matter-of-fact. ******* explained the process exactly, and her customer service skills were great. when the shipping company was less responsive, ******* would call and text the company and text or call the driver to track where my cars were; ******* even called and texted me at 10:00 pm to make sure I had all the updated info. ******* went the extra mile to make sure my cars were delivered in a timely fashion.So how this transporting cars across the country works is you pick a broker. Hopefully, you pick a good one like ( AGT ***** you book your dates when they will be picked up; they give you a 3-4 day window, and when you need them to be dropped off 3-4 day window. The brokers need to find a truck that will be in the area and can fit within that window of time; it's a very difficult process. EXPECT to have cars picked up not exactly when you want them to but as close as possible. EXPEXT to pay a bit more that the original quote because all contracted carriers are slightly different in price, and the Transport company's goal is to get your car there safely and on time. If you want to complain about a few hundred dollars more or the car is slightly late than YOU TRANSPORT IT YOURSELF. The brokers do the best they can with so many moving parts. I shipped from ********** to *********. They even got my vehicles there ahead of schedule and with absolutely no damage. AGT *** has thousands of carrier companies that have been pre-screened to do the best job and take great care of your vehicles.AGT *** was great, and my broker ******* was great and would recommend them every time. There are a lot of other companies that are not as honest, so choose wisely.

  I worked with Auto Shipping Group to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee picked up from VA and transported all the way to AK. The process was almost flawless, and even arrived to its final destination early. No issues with the vehicle upon arrival. The agent assisting me with this transport was super friendly, persistent in getting status updates on where my vehicle was, and never left me uninformed on the status during any part of the process. Would very highly recommend!

  I worked with *************** at AutoShipping Group to get my Jeep Cherokee picked up from a dealership in ** and delivered to my home in CO. *** was incredibly professional, helpful, and was able to find a driver in less than one day. Jeep was purchased 16Jun23, *** had someone available to pick up by 17Jun23, and it was delivered by 24Jun23. All took one week. Definitely would recommend this company again. Jeep arrived ** good condition with no visible damage.

  ******* handled the transport of my fathers pickup from ******** to ********. As this was a personal matter after the death of my father, I found her sensitivity and willingness to respond quickly to my numerous and frequent questions outstanding. She stuck with me while waiting for family to get documents, moving the vehicles from mountains to metro area, non op vs op, and final delivery to me. From start to end, she was with me. I would highly recommend her to all. She has been professional, empathetic, available, and I am exceedingly grateful for her handling of this long range transfer.The transport driver on delivery was exceptionally helpful. He assisted in getting the truck parked in a spot of my choosing and helped push it into place, offering his experience with the vehicle at pickup.
