    I placed an order on January 30, 2025. No tracking number or any updates until march 7, 2025 when I got a tracking number only after calling hundreds of times. Still, the shipment hasnt updated and is still not in *** hands. I have tried calling almost every day since with no response. I have heard multiple stories about this place doing the same to other people.

    I ordered a motorcycle seat from this shop online on Dec 11, 2024. The method of payment on their website is *******. I paid through that site and have attached that receipt. On Dec. 15, I emailed the shop as the website was not accessible and I had not received a tracking number. On Dec 17, ****** ******* responded to my email, which I have attached stating the seat was ready but he was having an issue with ******* and couldnt make labels but he would send it out that day. I have emailed him 5 times since then with no response. My husband talked to him twice on the phone and he stated it had been sent out with *** but couldnt provide a tracking number at that time because he was out of the office. He has since stopped answering the phone. My husband attempted to go to the business today, Jan. 10, 2025 but the doors were locked and no one would answer despite a sign stating they were open 9-6. This seat was supposed to be shipped out to **.
