    i had been on the fence of doing something for myself after having my second **** i had a little stubborn baby weight i wanted to get rid of. i searched groupon (since its where i work) for a reputable place to try. As always i did my research and read all the reviews. I pulled the trigger and picked la slim, looked like exactly what i needed. I purchased the 4 laser lipo sessions.As i went in ***** who is BEYOND amazing gave me a consult and said i needed these other 2 services added to see the results. I was like OK if this is going to work lets do it, its been bothering me and i wanted this for myself. I purchased an additional package for $600 which is 5.5 sessions. It was a little steep for me but hey if i wanted this you need to pay. She gave me the sheet and i followed it *******% with directions on what to do before, after, everything. I was so excited. After a few sessions i really wasn't seeing results and found myself obsessed looking in the mirror nonstop, nothing. I even brought it to her attention and she also said yeah i dont know whats going on this is not the results you should have. I have the before and after pictures to show and i look even bigger i think. I have 1 session left but not interested in going back. After all of them i was to have seen a huge change (im not a big girl) the change i was looking for was minimal but really bothering me personally. Again this is no fault of ***** the technician she was the best of the best. I honestly think the tools may have been outdated or just worn out, something. I do know it wasnt here she is the best, I work for groupon and its our job to test out places and review and i really had high hopes for it hence buying the additional package. Im sad about it honestly. I called the phone number to talk to the manager for melrose park and they wouldnt give me the manager but had ***** call me which i didnt need to speak to. I have tried again and no luck getting in touch with manager or owner.

    I am trying to contact the customer to understand her concerns and find a resolution. We have reached out to her a couple times, but were unsuccessful in reaching her. I left a couple voicemails. We need to fill out an extensive form for refunds and I need to speak to the customer directly. She has had her friend call us and ask to refund her credit card. We cannot issue a refund to a third party due to security reasons. She may reach me by calling the business phone number **************.

    have been called once and called back with no response. Got text she needs my card info for refund.. had my cousin call with it since I am out of state with a family death. My cousin was told she wasnt in office and would call her back and she never did, she had no intention on it. There is no reason cant get my info from a family member. I can see this is a game and not being refunded will go to credit card company and dispute and leave reviews that I did not want to do. Thank you.

    ***************************** has blocked me from the phone as she schedules appointments. 5 times at 150 each I bought Groupons, and 5 times she never called to schedule. She doesn't like me. So I went to ************* location after buying laser cavitation, and ***** gave me a treatment that had bad effects. Medspas are not regulated. I am age 65, so she is discriminating against me. I cannot contact the owner to complain as she has total control of the office. I have another one after I sent a few letters asking why and to please forgive whatever she is offended about. I had a fat lump. I asked to be lasered, and they would not after I drove in 6 hours as I live in a rural area. So this might be why. But that is what the laser is for; I'd like to go back and have no bad feelings. I paid for the **** package and additional 10 times.
