I emailed him before I took the class letting him know I had a domestic on my record and he still recommended me to take the class, that I can get a ccl with my record. It was deceiving and I ended up having to go to court because of his negligence. It was an attempt to make a sale regardless of the requirements for the program. The police agree, and I want a full refund. During my class he was far below my standard for what I believe a ccl instructor should be. I cant believe hes allowed to have a weapon rather teach a class. The instructor seems mentally challenged. This did violate my human rights.

Understanding the Concealed Carry Training Process in ********
As a concealed carry training provider, it is important to clarify the process and responsibilities involved in obtaining a concealed carry license in ********. In this case, a customer who attended my classes in July 2023 is questioning the non-refundable nature of the training fee, as well as his eligibility for a license. Let's delve into the details and shed light on the situation.
The Training and Certificate of Completion
Upon attending my concealed carry training classes, the customer received comprehensive instruction on the necessary skills and knowledge required for responsible gun ownership. The training is designed to equip individuals with the necessary tools to handle firearms safely and effectively. At the end of the training, a certificate of completion is issued to acknowledge the successful completion of the program.
    Licensing Process and Eligibility Determination
It is crucial to note that the decision to ***** or deny a concealed carry license lies solely with the ******** ************* As the licensing authority, they conduct a thorough background check and review each applicant's qualifications. The application process involves submitting relevant documents and undergoing a comprehensive background investigation.
In this case, the customer mentioned that he had a prior conviction, but claimed that the charges were dropped. However, it is important to highlight that as the training provider, I do not have access to an individual's criminal record or the authority to determine their eligibility for a license. It is the customer's responsibility to disclose any relevant information during the application process, as any misrepresentation can have serious legal consequences.
    Transparency and Communication
