  Design & Development Group are absolutely fantastic! They replaced my houses siding, windows, and ***************** new trim/soffit/storm door/lights/etc. They even helped with design details when I didnt know what would look best - their advice was so helpful! From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless, they took care of absolutely everything, and the finished product turned out exactly how I had pictured it.I was expecting to pay for everything out of pocket, but they contacted my insurance company and negotiated every detail, and ended up saving me almost a third of the total project cost! My house not only looks beautiful now, but they also brought many outdated things up to code, which gives me a lot of peace of mind that everything is safe now. I wholeheartedly recommend Design & Development Group. The entire team was so helpful, professional, and accommodating.

  Design & Development Group worked on 2 projects. The first was repairing part of our roof. ***** dealt with our insurance and pointed out other issues to them so not only was our roof repaired, but he also replaced our skylights! Our ************** was vinyl siding on our home. Once again, ***** was very easy to work with and his crew was professional and meticulous with their work. Our home looks fantastic!I will definitely contact this company for future projects on our home. I highly recommend Design & Development Group-from the first point of contact to the final outcome they are attentive, professional, and reasonable.

  Design & Development Group has managed two projects for me and I can highly recommend the quality of their work, their fair pricing and their professionalism. ***** is very personable and professional. He and his team are easy to work with and deliver on their promises in a timely fashion. Design and Development Group replaced the roof on our house and helped us work through the process with our insurance company. They also rebuilt a portion of a brick wall in our backyard that had been run through by a car. The quality of their work and materials is excellent. I will definitely use Design and Development Group again and would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

  Design and Development Group did an amazing job on the exterior of our home! We had a very large project that we wanted to complete with one contractor at fair pricing. D&D group was the clear choice after speaking with many contractors. We also wanted someone who was detailed oriented as we had a lot of specific requests. We had our siding, soffits, fascia, gutters all replaced by them. In addition we had them replace our original bay window with beautiful pella windows as well as the rest of our front elevation windows. They also rebuilt our front screened in porch and installed a new front door and storm door. They also wrapped both of our chimneys in siding and put metal caps on top to protect them. In addition to all of this they also put stone on top of our front elevation brick which was such a game changer and made our home really look amazing! They said it would take 3-4 weeks to complete the scope of this job and did it in that exact time frame. No delays or issues which was great! Also along the way they were constantly asking for my opinion on things as they knew I was very detailed oriented which I appreciated so much to be able to be so involved with the whole process. I would highly recommend this company to my family, friends and anyone needing a contractor to do any size project as they dont just handle big projects, they do all sizes and scope of work.

  We had our windows replaced by Design & Development Group and they did a great job. Completed the work in a day, replacing mostly original windows to the house. Provided a great deal of advice and clear options. Very professional work, and far more affordable than other window companies. Most of what others charge seem to be for brand name, but great quality windows that you can tell the difference immediately with insulation, sound prevention, and ease of use.

  We worked with Design and Development Group for two projects. Both were priced very competitively and both were done very quickly. Our gutters were replaced in one day. The crew worked very efficiently and left our home very neat and clean. We also had our front door painted. Our painter was fantastic. He worked on the Fourth of July to complete our job. We received compliments on the door and have since shared contact information with several of our neighbors. It was refreshing to work with a company who delivers the project on time and on budget!

  ***** and his associates put in our quartz kitchen counter. He did an excellent job of installation of the counter, as well as the sink. With a new and unique design of the sink, he installed the disposal, faucet very quickly as to complete the job . The work was done in less than 6 hours and there was no residue left for clean up. He and his crew were easy to work with, and communication was good.

  Working wtih Design & Development Group was such a pleasure, through the entire process of replacing our roof, siding, and gutters. They are experts in their craft, extremely knowledgeable and willing to offer incredible patience educating the customer and insurance company together, for the best outcome for the customer. Their work is top-notch, and interacting with them is a pleasure due to their professionalism and attention to detail. We very highly recommend them!

  We contacted ********************************************* to redo a kitchen in our townhouse. ***** was great to work with and did an excellent job. Very attentive and responded quickly.
