      This started around March 2022 when I lost the retainer to maintain my teeth. I immediately contacted the location in Midtown *********, ** and informed them of the matter to be refitted for my retainer so that my teeth dont shift. I was made to wait 2-3 months for an appointment for a replacement retainer and unfortunately my gap did open back up. The retainer they fitted me for (which was not the same as my original)did not close my gap back up and I told them that I would like to have the same style as my old retainer. They refused to replace my retainer to the original and after speaking with corporate the only option they gave me was to get my braces put back on. I had my braces reinstalled July 18th, 2022 and paid $200 initial fee and scheduled an adjustment for September 10th, 2022. In between time I paid $130 monthly for the service fee for my braces. At the time of the September appointment they made a million excuses as to why they couldnt service me saying that they hadnt received my clearance form from my dentist when they indeed had received it. They then proceeded to find the clearance form and say that it wasnt signed by the dentist, but they had received the form a month prior to my appointment so how did nobody catch that the form hadnt been signed upon receiving it via fax. They refuse to service my braces at the appointment and also refuse to remove my braces so that I can have them done elsewhere. I was suppose to receive a call from the office Monday, September 12th and nobody has contacted. I have called the office multiple times and every time the operator tells me that no one is answering at the office. Overall, I have paid for a service that Im not getting and I would like these braces to be removed free of charge and my money to be refunded back to my account. I can no longer deal with unprofessional behavior.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The business has agreed to ******* my braces free of charge, but have denied a refund for the two months I did pay for. Unfortunately, my appointment for de-bonding isnt until December 6th,2022. I am just ready to end my involvement with this company.

      My daughter got braces when she was 16. She graduated in 2019. She finally got them off in June. She had them on for over 6 yrs. She would go in for an adjustment and no dr or no call. Now they are billing $4500

      I apologize for the experience you had at Familia Dental. Per our ortho **** when she debonded the bonding code was created and claim sent to insurance. There is no action necessary since patient bonded in 2016, if ortho tried to submit a work in progress the claim will be denied since treatment had to be completed back on 2018.

      I was charged $1800.00 for a partial denture, I gave them $1000.00 down, but the partial was not right and did not fit. This company assured me they would make it right, then tried to charge me for additional clamps. I have been dealing with this since April 2022 and I still do not have the partial, I have missed many events over this, I no longer trust them and just want them to refund my money.

      I entered into a payment contract for orthodontic braces for my minor daughter for ***** months in Jan of 2020. I agreed to pay $185 per month, and that amount was paid each month services were available to her. I I was told that she was ready to have them removed at her next appointment in Dec of 2021. But for 2 months ********** 2022) the office did not have a provider, then was unable to provide an appointment for treatment for another 3 months, in March we were given her next appointment date of June 30th. We drove the 2 hours there only to be told unless I paid $650 they would not see her at all. We were refused treatment after months of neglect. We have been charged for 5 months of treatment they refused care for. I have received a bill for over $1900. I only wish to not be charged for services they refused to provide. I was forced to find a new provider and have had to pay another $980 just to have them removed as she was supposed to have done last year. I know this company is doing this to several families. Please help us.

      I noticed for the past 2 years of going or longer they have not been flossing my teeth. Every dentist I have ever been to has flossed my teeth. On their website they state a dental cleaning includes dental flossing. I have been calling this place for 3 days now and they do not return my calls. I want to know WHY they have been providing mediocre service charging me full price, but not living up to their expectations.

Flossing is not included, it can be requested when polishing is complete.

      there has never been any voicemail left so please stop lying. i called multiple X and no one could ever reach the office directly supposedly. the people who called me were random appointment schedulers who have nothing to do with the direct office. your website clearly states flossing is included in the price every single dentist I have ever visited has always flossed my teeth. you should update your website if flossing is not included. youve ripped me off for 4 years now.

I apologize if you did not receive the phone calls. We will make sure we take proper action.. Regarding your cleaning we can offer to redo your cleaning with flossing at no charge with ************. Keep in mind if the provider is using a cavitron to clean interproximally, its better than flossing. We can definitely bring you back in for a redo and give ************ second chance to address your concerns. Please make sure you bring this concerns to their attention right away  when you are not happy with a service.

      I am not in the state currently and do not know when I will be back. If flossing is not part of the routine please update your system. But no one from the actual office called me. Only schedulers which is a generic ***** number for multiple states to set up appointments only. Thank You
