    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! There is NO WAY to describe the HORRIBLE way we were treated by Sterling Hughes, L.L.C. After being a client since 2019 who had always paid our bills on time we were informed by that our Attorney had been released (fired) from the firm. This event happened one and a half weeks before a second Scheduled Mediation session in an extremely contentious and very expensive divorce proceeding on which we had been jointly preparing for several months. Sterling told us via email that they did not have any other Attorney whose “Case Load” would allow them to take over the case and provide legal support in the scheduled Mediation session and beyond. Sterling has since filed legal papers with the Court system saying they no longer represent us and have returned all case files via email. To say this was a HORRIBLE ending to a five year relationship with Sterling Hughes would clearly be the “Understatement of the Year!” I would strongly recommend that anyone needing legal representation in the ******* area, stay as far away from Sterling Hughes, L.L.C. as possible.
