    We have sent ******* almost 100 emails detailing with videos and pictures of the unacceptable work, damage, and unfinished work, they have ignored our emails. We pleaded for help, stated our house was being damaged and the workers were hostile and mendacious, ******* ignored us. We had professional companies review their work and the damage they have done to our home which is detailed below. We have also obtained legitimate estimates and sent those to *******. ******* never had a project manager at our home or an on-site supervisor overseeing the work and workers which they promised in their contract and website. ******* did not hire in-house workers which they guaranteed as stated on their website and the worker could not be validated when we asked. *************** used unsafe and unprofessional practices such as sawing inside our home, spraying toxic fumes out of aerosol cans in our home violating safety laws, and never confirmed or supervised the workers in our home when we asked they could not give us the company name, workers name, address or phone number which is illegal/fraud.We had unskilled, unprofessional workers who did not restore our home as promised and did not finish the work and damaged our property, house and belongings. ******* violated their contract on many terms by not fulfilling it. We do not have wet signatures of any of the contracts or supplemental contracts. ******* conducted and act to perpetrate fraud due to ************* mispresenting and/or concealing their work, workers, contractors and business practices, Intentional deception we caught the workers and owners in multiple lies that affected our livelihood and our overall well being as well as their website and advertising being entirely deceitful, misleading and inaccurate, Unable to fulfill contract expectation as outlined; Harm to ******* and **** ************, their children, animals and their home, property and belongings.
