    They offered to pay the arrears on my mortgage to keep my home from being foreclosed. This money supposedly was a grant. For them getting my loan current I had to agree to make my payments on time for 12 months and during that time period they would hold title to my home. After that 12 month period they would release the title back to me. The arrears were never paid and the day my house was being auctioned they claimed the title. He did this after I refused to give him control over my lawsuit. This leaves me without a home and ***** **** with my equity. Beware and dont lose your home.

    I am writing to formally dispute the complaint submitted by ******** ***** regarding my organization, Foreclosure Rescue. Ms. ***** has never conducted any business with Foreclosure Rescue, nor has she ever been a clientpast or present. She has no contractual relationship with our organization, and there are no communications, service records, agreements, or transactions of any kind between Ms. ***** and Foreclosure Rescue.

    The allegations made in her statement are categorically false and appear to be a deliberate attempt to damage the reputation of our organization. Foreclosure Rescue is a community service-focused company with over 25 years of experience, a flawless track record, and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, with zero complaints and no legal disputes on record.

    We take our BBB profile and our service to the public extremely seriously. We respectfully request that this baseless and misleading complaint be immediately removed from public view, and that BBB take appropriate steps to prevent false statements from being used maliciously to undermine trustworthy, accredited businesses.
