      The website JJS technical Services is has posted a product called the *** Galaxy GX2 Automated Testing System, for $3,450.00 in the configuration listed below. Upon confirming my purchase, paying for the system, and receiving a receipt of purchase, I received and email from a JJS Tech member detailing the following, " Hi *****,Thank you for your order. The item's current pricing is $5,770.00. Lead time is 5-6 weeks. ?Kindly confirm to proceed with the order. Should you have questions, reply to this email.Thank you."I feel that this advertised price is misleading and intentionally deceiving as even after making the purchase and receiving the message from their team member, the pricing on their website remains the same.The link to the product in question is:*********************************************************************************************************************** The configuration selected for on this product was as follows: ******/ ****** Pro / ****** 2x Detector 1 Valve / 1 Cylinder No 1 Cylinder Holder Multi-Unit Charger North American None None Thank you for your time.

      Thank you for alerting us to this.  I have looked into this matter and found out this was handled by an employee that is new to the company and confused this customer's order with another customer.  The customer service agent also failed to escalate the matter to management since they went on leave and have been out of the office since.  We are in the process of contacting the customer to let them know that this was a mistake on the part of a new employee, and that we are processing their order at the advertised price.  We are sorry for any inconvenience or problem that this has caused the customer and we are committed to upholding the highest standards for customer service and accuracy of our website.  We will do further training with the employee when they return from leave.
