I am rejecting this response because: I have never filled out an online form for roofing from Pro Home 1 or any other company. The only thing that Pro Home 1 stated that was true was my  phone number which has been on the National Do Not Cal list since 2007. I reside in East Central ********., not ***************** not my name and not my e-mail. Requested a copy of their internal do- not -call policy which must be available upon demand by law and have not received. Violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

      Sincerely,

      *********************

      To whom it may concern,
Copies to: ******** Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and ************************ including Fraud Department
We have received Letters from ********************* to send him money which seem fraudulent attempts with possible identify falsification. He shows his phone number is ************.
      1) We received request for an estimate on June 28 from:
      a. ***************************, phone number ************
      2) We returned the call on June 29th and left a message.
      3) Immediately June 3rd **** posted envelope we received a well-prepared legal action letter from ********************* which name does not match person on requested estimate form.
      4) With said facts its seems a person is going on line and filling out forms on purpose to get calls, once receives call he mails out violation of TCPA to receive money.
      5) The online form requires to check of TCPA and allow to contact person which was done.
Pro Home 1, *** has not violated TCPA, as we only return calls from inquiries we receive.
      Documentation attached of:
      A. Form that was filled out
      B. Form part 2 showing TCPA was checked off
      C. TCPA wording
      D. Trusted Form Certificate Issues, (also they provide recoding of form being filled out and clicking TCPA box)
      E. Letter asking for money
      Sincerely,
      *************************

FYI   The person sent me the following email that he will no longer pursue.   As I stated before this seems like a scam and BBB should investigate/report it.

      Sincerely,

      Mr. *******,
The reply that the BBB received concerning Pro Home 1's violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act has some inaccuracies.
My phone number is ************, that was correct. My name is not ***************************. The 29th. of June @11:29 a.m. I received an unsolicited call from a representative from Pro Home 1 who identifies herself as *********. No written permission and you are aware that I have been on the National Do Not Call list since 2007.
The "lead" that you produced has the name, **********; ********. An e-mail address, ****************************,not even close to my e-mail, an address @****************************************************************************, I live in East Central ********.  At any time did Home Pro 1 try to contact ******************** by e-mail, verify the address?
The form that you supplied was never completed by mtself online. I would point out some issues with the websites (Remodeling.com LLC / Remodelwell.com)  how would I have found them? I would have likely needed to know the *** in order to find it, as a ****** search for Home Improvement likely would not have turned these up as a result for hundreds of pages. It may have a few backlinks, but those sites are also very unlikely for any normal person to have ever found.
I conducted some research on Remodeling .com LLC your lead generator. The BBB states that Remodeling.com LLC is not rated and if you were to have checked their background you would have found, Remodeling.com LLC is no stranger to TCPA violations and located is in ********,**. Remodelwell.com, was not listed with the BBB could not find information on them. Both web sites are very similar.
I have never gone online to fill out forms for the purpose of getting calls. I do believe that there is the possibility Pro Home 1 may have acted in good faith but was given false and misleading information by the lead generators. I will not pursue this matter any further. Remove all my information from your data base.
