    I would recommend RM Services to anyone who wants assurance of a quality, professional outcome on their project. I chose this business after thorough review of their background, feedback from past clients, and a solid rating from the BBB. From the first contact with Sr. ******* Manager ****, I knew I wanted this company to do my work. The oversight of the job, from beginning to end, was thorough and professional. When an issue with the specifics of the work to be done arose, I received a prompt response from **** and, to my surprise, the owner of the company reached out to me as well. He took valuable time to hear my concerns and provide me with explanations and information. I felt like I was his only customer and the most important thing he had to do that day. In the end, my issue was resolved beyond my expectations. From the people who did the work, to senior management, everyone I dealt with demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with the final outcome of the work and would like to thank everyone - ***, ****, ***** and **** (sorry - there was one additional gentleman there one day whose name I cannot remember) - for your professionalism, devotion, commitment, and talents. I would work with you any day!
