  ****** ******** from Times construction company, **********, ** quoted on a job to paint my basement, ceiling and wood paneling. He said they would move furniture and put all furniture back when job finished. The paint was included in the job. The first day ****** shows up late did not bring the paint and asked to see my gallon paint to match the color. He took my paint and promised to return it. When asked about my paint he said it was in his truck and would bring it. When he came to the house he then said it was in his car and would bring it. Still do not have my paint. I had to buy another gallon. He owes me $55.00 for the paint. ****** painted the ceiling, part of the walls and did not paint the paneling. I called him to find out when he would return and he set up 2 other appointments one he did not show and did not call. One other appointment he showed up 6 hours later only to say that he would return and repaint everything after I showed him the poor job that was done. Some of the walls had missed painting, paint speckles all over my entire floor, and paint on my baseboard. There were cob webs in one corner so definitely not painted or cleaned. Roller marks on the ceiling. Since he agreed to repaint and bring the gallon of paint back the next day I thought all was going to be handled. He did not show so I called the company and spoke to the supervisor **** who said they would be there Saturday at 8:30am and get he job done or give me my money back. Saturday **** calls at 8:40am and says they cannot make it because one of the workers got kicked out of her apartment. They wanted to come on Labor Day which I told them it was a holiday and they can come Wednesday. Never showed up to this day. I am planning on going to small claims court for my money back of $850.00 plus $55.00 for paint and cost of small claims court.

  We have completed the work according to the contract but she still have issue and want more work done . When asked to schedule the job she always something planned .

  I am rejecting this response because: unfortunately Haroon Mohammed, Times construction is not being truthful. I have pictures as well as him on my ring camera stating that he will be back to redo and finish the entire basement. He also still has my paint that he took from my house and has not returned as promised. I have already contacted the small claims court and spoke to an attorney. It is advised that I send Haroon a letter to get this rectified or return my money before pursuing legal action. I have sent a letter by certified mail and regular mail to the company. The only time that I rejected him coming to my house is when he wanted to come on the holiday. 100% of his appointments were either late by hours or he did not show up and never called to let us know that he would either be late or not coming at all. I did not want to give up my Holiday only to have him not show. I have text messages proving what I am saying.

  I got pavers patio done by this company, the project started on May 24th 2023 and was supposed to be finished with in 2 weeks, but it took more than 2 months for them to finish it since they were no call no show for 3-4 days every week. I heard all kinds of random excuses during the project. Once the project was done, they left my property damaged with scratches on my driveway, left gravel and sand on my driveway, left the front lawn and backyard grass all messed up, left all the half broken bricks all over the place, they took off my gutter extensions (actually ripped them apart) and never put the back in place, left all the garbage for me to take out. Thats not all, the work they did was horrible, the finishing to my patio looked like a 6 year old had done it, I called couple of landscaping companies to fix my front lawn and backyard grass and they told me this patio looks horrible and I should contact a lawyer before try to fix it and they will not touch it since its a safety issue as well, the retaining walls are already tilting on one side, there are waves in the pavers that will retain water and get damaged, there are gaps between retaining wall bricks, the paver sand is not put in properly and is washing out, the posts they made were not properly constructed and they filled them with sand that is coming out of the gaps in bricks, the steps they made looked like a 5 year old could have done a better job, the steps are already sinking in, although it has been a week since they finished the work. I gave them one more chance and asked him to come and fix it, he said he will come on Sunday afternoon, but although they confirmed on Saturday that they are coming next day, they never showed up, no call, no show. After all this, I am contacting a lawyer and going to make this company pay for what they did to my property.

  We inspected the patio and everything mentioned is not true.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The owner/manager came to my house when we were not available and said they inspected the patio and found nothing to be concerned about. In reply, i send him the detailed pictures of what was the concern but never heard back from them ever since.

  I attached the screenshot of last concersation i had with the owner/manager and havnt received any calls or msg from them afterwards.
