      I just had my air conditioner serviced by ***'s because it was not working. The technician determined that I needed a new thermostat. It took him less than 5 minutes to install it and when I received the bill, he charged me $289 for the thermostat. I questioned it since I know that is very high for a thermostat, but the technician told me it was a good one, so I paid it. After he left, I went online to see the actual cost of the thermostat, and to my surprise, it was only around $70.00. They inflated the price by 400%. Needless to say, I will never be using them again and I suggest you do not also, unless of course you like overpaying.

      Run away from this contractor. They dont know what they are doing. Rays installed my ** unit in ***********. The ** was not making enough cold air in the summer. Had their technician in and $600 later, it was still not fixed. They recommended me to do a test on system leak or replace with a new **, which would cost me thousands of dollars!Called the ********** vender, they found the issue right away. The **s wiring was not connected correctly during installation that caused the fan was not running properly. Home depots contractor was able to correct it in the first visit that caused my just $100!
