    On Sept. 11, 2022 I took my 2016 ********** into the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and my extended warranty. there were 3 major issues which 2 of them the warranty *** covered. My dispute involves my passenger seat ( ***) Occupant detection system wiring harness located underneath the front passenger seat. *** originally had this as a recall item, which at the time I received the letter I brought the vehicle in and *** has a record of correcting the recall #**V109000. 2 years later the *** light is back on and my passenger seat will not deploy the airbag in case of an accident. *** claims ***** recall fix is good for 12 months only and that the extended warranty should cover the replacement. ************ who was the service technician at *** has the AutoGuard inspector out who said they will not fix the problem due to external influence. Not knowing what that meant, I placed a call to AutoGuard and they explained to me what external infuence is, Because *** had this as a recall and the recall continued through 2021, *** replaced my *** wire with a faulty part therefore *** should fix it. My policy number with AutoGuard is ****** and their phone number is ************. Almost a month has gone by and I cannot get anywhere. My policy covers all electrical, is still in-force for ****** miles or 24 more months. I would like this fixed as my vehicle is unsafe for a passenger to ride with me. My vin # *****************. Please help me get my seat repaired so my vehicle is safe to drive. Please note, I paid a few thousand dollars for this policy and now they do not want to fix this concerning safety issue!
