I went here for orthodontic treatment. The guy initially said he can try and help me with my jaw issue. It turned out he couldnt and gave me my money back. He would always have a dry humor to twist my words and use them to insult me. I had 2 unusual experiences with him. The first was when I went in for my last treatment. I had to call him because something bothered me so he decided to do the last adjustment before my teeth settled from the last, so he attempted to use floss to try and manually pull my teeth into position which seemed very forceful and uncomfortable and go figure it was the tooth that he said he claimed giving me braces was to try to fix. Then he put a retainer on the bottom teeth to hold them in place and was literally holding the tooth with the jaw problem in place not letting it heal. So after giving me my money back I had to ask him to remove the inner tooth brace. He had written up and bad recommendation letter recommending me for treatment saying he recommended to Remain in retention for the rest of my life. He had also removed a brace from a tooth the dentists were trying to retreat and ended up getn it pulled. Another dentist recommended me getting my cavities filled before ortho. So a lot of my teeth got fractures and needed root canals and crowns. Then I find out there are jaw exercisers and never needed cavities filled, just to chew on them for a couple days. Ive also learned i can use exercise methods and other methods to straighten teeth my self and found this whole industry to be grossly overpriced. Even the tools are under $100 for braces. My bigst prblm was not his attmpt to sell a service under false claims, that he just wanted to throw me out like trash when and give me my $ back to get rid of me. I did not even ask for that. I met to say my biggest problem was after some time had passd, I wnt bck in for re treatment and he took a x ray of my mouth and the lady at the front desk said she would call the cops on me if I come back.

The patient started treatment with Hurley and **** Orthodontics on May 9, 2016 with the appropriate treatment plan that was discussed and agreed upon by the patient. The patient had some issues with his teeth and switched dentists several times without informing the Hurley and **** Orthodontics team. A decision was made by the doctor to stop treatment due to potential long-term risks and the patient was refunded for the remaining balance.  At the same time of the refund, the contract was cancelled.

The patient returned to Hurley and **** Orthodontics on June 24, 2018 wanting to start treatment again, but due to the patients behavior in the office, the Hurley and **** Orthodontics team decided not to treat this patient again.  In order to protect all of team members at Hurley and **** Orthodontics, the local police were contacted.
